DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES. Otherwise the place is nice and I’d recommend it.
So I got an add for this place on my car a few month back, I work across the street and I like the boba place next door. I have severe allergies to sesame (and nuts but not relevant) so I have to be careful with most Asian restaurants, as cooking with sesame is very common. When I went to pick up a group boba order next door, I stopped into the dumpling shop to ask about allergies..
On 8/12 around 12:15 pm I talked to the cashier. The place looks really clean and the cashier seemed really nice. I told the cashier I had allergies and was wondering if the store cooks in peanut or sesame oil. I watched him walk across the kitchen talking to his coworker. He came back and told me they used either vegetable or soybean oil (I can’t remember which but it was one I’m not allergic to). I decided to try something, so I asked to order one of the dumplings. I then saw they had habachi noodles but that it said topped with sesame. I asked the cashier if it was something that’s possible to make without sesame or if it was a premade batch. He told me the sesame is put on top at the end so they could just not put it on. So I ordered it. When I opened the food at work I immediately noticed sesame on top. I gave it to my coworker.
I debated whether I should go back to tell the store about it, as no one was hurt but thinking it over, I decided it was better to say something. I was not the only customer in the store and figured maybe he told the guy about the allergy for the first item then forgot to tell him about the second item being for the same person.
So on 8/19 around maybe 1:15 pm I decided to tell the store when I was shopping at the boba place next door. The worker seemed to take my issue very seriously, he asked me what the worker looked like and offered to make the same dish without my allergy. The staff were really nice. I offered to pay several times but he refused to accept. I went back to work and when I opened the food I didn’t see sesame on top like it was last time. I took a couple of bites then immediately started having symptoms of an allergy. I looked more closely at the food and saw there were sesame seeds cooked into the food.
I didn’t eat a lot of it before I had a reaction and took Benadryl immediately while symptoms were mild, so I was able to drive to the ER without having to use my EpiPen, but I still ended up in the ER from around 2pm to 8 pm for observation. I was given an IV for meds and for the next 5 days I have to take a corticosteroid. I know people with a lot more severe allergies than me, so I hope putting this out here means that this issue doesn’t happen for anyone else.
The staff is nice. The restaurant is clean. The food tastes good. The food is at a good price. There’s a reason this place has good reviews and if you don’t have allergies I do think it’s worth checking out, but if you have food allergies I strongly recommend finding a different restaurant.

I stopped by to charge my car and decided to walk the strip and see what was there. This caught my eye and I remember seeing them on U ereats a couple times so I felt like I had to go in. I am glad that I did! I ordered a bao bun, wagyu beef dumplings, and kung pao chicken fusion dumimgs. All of it was so flavorful. The kung pao was packed with meat and flavor. Honestly i was pretty full at the end but I wanted to try more so I got the orange ginger chicken bites and i was glad that i did! Crispy and flavorful! Honestly cant wait to try fhe rest of the me u. Kudos to Johnny and team! Keep it up!

Sad and overpriced.
Simply put, OUTSTANDING! The customer service, cleanliness and food are easily 5-stars. I was greeted when I walked in, stood by for assistance, told me to sit and my food and drinks would be brought to me. I felt welcomed! Food is great also! Go here and try it for yourself - you won't be disappointed!

If you like dumplings, you have to check this place out. The variety is exceptional, dumplings are flavorful, and sauces are on point. To my surprise, the bok choy ginger dumplings might have been my favorite. Lemonades were awesome - 50% sugar plenty. Very nice service as well!
