Order placed using the app. Went to pick up order and observed that the store was extremely filthy. Tables were dirty, the garbage cans were all full and the food prep area was even more filthy. The staff was playing around like middle school kids. No sign of leadership. I hope I do not get sick from unsanitary conditions. This store is overall a health hazard. Think twice

The lady serving behind the counter was not at all friendly , very rude n looks like she was in a hurry. I had 4 orders but she was rushing me out without giving proper serving of food. I even told her are you in a rush, she just smirked at me. Would never go to this place again.

I wish I could give a negative review, she deadass gave me less than half a scoop of chicken, and I had to buy more chicken on the side and they still gave me half of the cup, 15.42 cents for shitty food.

What can I say I was disappointed. And I usually love having Chipotle. However this time the food was lacking and I asked for a kids meal and I was totally disregarded. Sigh not sure if I'll buy from this location again.

It is good. But they always run out of chips. Plus, during the weekends they run out everything very early. The employees are nice but the place is duty I understand gets busy but it needs more minding. Plus, get this the quesadillas need to order by email. I thought the quesadillas were been made in a different location and brought in, but no. The quesadillas are made in same place they just have to be order by email. Tell me, if this isn't idiotic, just to say it, is stupid. How can they do it and even ask customers to put up with this STUPIDITY. I wonder if customers actually do it. Are the quesadillas so control, that there has to be written consent to make one, or are they are so difficult to make that they have to read the order to get it RIGHT. So many questions that come from if you want to eat a quesadilla in a Mexican restaurant EMAIL your order, So idiotic to say the least.

The best chipotle I have ever eaten at is this one at Garden City Roseville field. I go there all the time the place is clean, people are friendly and the portions are excellent. Unlike the chipotle in Merrick, where everything is the opposite.

1 star for whoever is running this place like it's a third world country. Easily one of the most disgusting experiences I have had anywhere. I don't blame the kids working there.... they had no cheese, no guacamole, no beverages, no ice and a leak in the ceiling. How are you going to put these kids to work and not supply them with any food? Chipotle, do yourself a favor and shut this location down.

Not much complain about the food, most stuff are decent, but the manager girl is extremely rude. More than one instance i seen this manager getting in nasty argument with customer. She is super entitled behaved as if it’s a privilege for customers to get served by her. Never gives enough sides, cant say anything to her, he gets super nasty, im going to file a written complain to chipotle corporate. Chipotle get rid of this manager before things escalate and you have a lawsuit in your hand.

They don’t open at 10:45

Most filthy chipotle I been to!
Place was about to close and looked like a wreck!
There was not one clean spot to sit down and eat.
Food is always good and that’s why we eat chipotle 1-2 x per week but this location needs help!

I went only my coworkers we’re going when I tell you I’ll never go back. I didn’t even complete my meal when I saw the portions they were giving him for the price that you pay it’s ridiculous. I even asked for extra meat. They said it was an additional four dollars and it was damn near half a spoon. I probably went to chipotle three times in my life I know now I will never go again and I will make sure my friends never go again. The one star is for the tea and juices. service wise horrible.

Don't know the names from staff that worked on 06/02/2024 at 7:30. They were so rude from the beginning, especially the Guy he literally just threw the cup for the drink inside the bag with a very bad attitude. I didn't eat my food because I didn't feel safe eating it after being treated like that. Imagine how they'll prep the food if they have that attitude.
