I recently started a fitness program and wanted to start eating healthier so I came into Chopt and the manager with the glasses (I think his name was Chris) was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain which items would help me with my program and even recommended the stuff he personally eats as part of his diet that helped him. If you’re looking to start eating healthier I 10/10 recommend going to Chopt and asking for his advice!!!

Today was the first day I tried chopt. I was a bit confused when trying to create my own salad but an employee named “Kris” helped me create a salad that would fit my nutritional goals. Great customer service and patience. I’ll be back

Absolutely recommend. The customer service is above and beyond, the salad bowls are huge, I cant finish this in on sitting! There’s plenty of options, the dining is very neat, food is served fast and efficiently.

Staff are friendly and the food is good. I love the selections and portions (though I can never finish). It’s clean and never overcrowded, and the tunes are a vibe.
