Went today... service seemed as though they didn't want to be there, the minis were a bit hard, and the warm milk with a splash of coffee wasn't worth the cup it came in... I'll give 2 stars assuming it was just a bad day, but... still.

Definitely would give this place a zero if possible. There was a line of customers waiting to order and it just so happened that the mall was closing, despite there being enough rolls to sell to the customers in line, the guy behind the counter decided to come out and select a cut off point in the line. I guess it was just a coincidence that he ended the line just before all of the black customers waiting to order, black customers including a very pregnant woman. If you prefer not to serve black customers at this point then maybe you should choose a different location my friend.

If I could rate this place a negative 0, I would. The unprofessionalism is out of this world. I went there to only use my free t-mobile coupon for a free cup of Cinnabon Coffee but was given regular ice coffee which was disgusting. I complained the the big head Asian lady was upset when I discovered what she did; she got upset. Be aware of the scams she pulling!! FYI the buns look all dry and frosting wasn't frosting enough. Lol but seriously be aware!!

So bad experience,I went this store to buy 2 Cinnamon Rolls.They are say "BUY 3 GET 1 Free".And my friend went there to get 1 Cinnamon Roll.They are saying "BUY 2 GET 1 Free".We bought those Cinnamons literally same day and its only 10 mins after.They are just trying to let you pay more.Such a liar.Obviously deceive consumers, I will never go to this store again.Their Cinnamon Packs are all leftovers from the day before.Customer are paying for the garbage they should have thrown away.

I've always loved the Cinnabon shop in Roosevelt Field mall but recently I've noticed a trend of getting old Cinnabons the last several times I went. Most recently, I asked for a pack of four and was given the one in the front of the shop quickly and only realized when I went home (the same day and only a few hours later) they were old. This is after heating them up! These products aren't cheap and to be given old ones is a truly shameful action. I really hope they stop this trend otherwise I may shop elsewhere in the future.
