I went to this cold stone either a week or 2 weeks ago, and the service was amazing especially considering they were closing in the next 15-20 minutes. The server was very kind and helpful :)) (and my ice cream was delicious)

The Carle place location is terrible ! They barely put any of the toppings in the ice cream it’s like all I’m eating is plain ice cream. Not to mention it’s barely mixed in ! I cannot stand this location

They are good with the online orders, but this place is terribly managed and overpriced. Do you really need signs everywhere saying you don’t take Apple Pay? Owners always understaff as well. Thankfully, carle place is open now so I no longer have to fulfill my wife’s late night cravings here ;)

The butter pecan ice cream was old, disgusting, and tasted horrible with a lumpy old piece in it. It tastes like old ice cream. You know how when you put ice cream in the freezer and you keep it there for a long time then, when you taste it it has freezer burn on it that’s what it tastes like.

An employee threw out half of the ice cream we paid for instead of serving it to us. I was in shock. Meanwhile I watched her and her coworkers enjoy their free ice cream at the end of their shift. Passive aggressive horrible people. Just cruel. If I could give her 0 stars I would but unfortunately that isn’t an option.

Just know that when you purchase an item here, you will be INCORRECTLY CHARGED (higher price). I order the chocolate devotion in a Love It (regular). It clearly shows on the menu that a Love It (regular) size is $7.99, and the Gotta Have it (large) size is $8.49. When I noticed they charged me for the price of a Gotta Have It (Large), I asked the cashier. They were no resolution to correct the error nor no clarity to understand why I was incorrectly charged.I hate FALSE advertisements and being robbed for my money ($).Parking is available in the back of the store.
