I’ve been coming to this location for over a year, so this review is not based on one single visit. First and foremost, this CSC will hire anyone with a heartbeat, and most, without any customer service skills to serve you. And worst yet, with no real training. Just a body behind the counter. If you get lucky, you may get one of their better employees but lately, it’s not likely that you will.
My experience has been that long lines, often times ice cream that’s melting when you get it, overcharging at the cash register when paying and just a sense of indifference by their employees is the norm. Considering the premium price they charge, you would think this place would be managed a lot better than it is. My advice: pass them by, stay away, there are better options out there!!!!! This place sucks. I'm done here.
Julianna was so kind! The ice cream is super good. Best experience I’ve had at a cold stone!
good ice cream but can be pricy
Terrible customer service. Person serving clearly doesnt like her job and is working as if she is making a favor. No proper explanation of the products. No wonder nobody is there in the middle of the hot day. Don't recommend.
Thank you Chris for your customer service 11/10 despite being understaffed. Chris kept his composure and handled a store full of customers with care.
Parking always available , the place is always clean and the workers are always ready to help. The ice cream is very good and always fresh .
Their Mario collab “birthday cake batter bash” was REALLY good! Their ice cream itself is not the best, it’s the flavor combinations that make it taste good.
This Coldstone creamery location is one of the best on Long Island. Though the wait time may seem long on a busy night it is well worth the wait. Every time I come into this location it smells like fresh waffles and the employees are always eager to help.

Out of all the locations I’ve been to this location in garden city is by far the best. The ambiance is perfect for someone who just wants to read a book and eat their ice cream . The staff is also very nice and helpful when it comes to questions regarding which flavors mesh well with what toppings.

I went to this cold stone either a week or 2 weeks ago, and the service was amazing especially considering they were closing in the next 15-20 minutes. The server was very kind and helpful :)) (and my ice cream was delicious)

No matter if you order online or go in person you will have to wait for a ridiculous amount of time

Not worth the hype at all. This place is overrated. There are way better ice cream places out there that are more affordable. Almost $9 for a kids size? What a waste of money! I don’t know why it’s so expensive.

No tables or chairs even though they have the space. If you’re going there to sit and enjoy ice cream don’t bother
The Carle place location is terrible ! They barely put any of the toppings in the ice cream it’s like all I’m eating is plain ice cream. Not to mention it’s barely mixed in ! I cannot stand this location
you have lines of 30 mins when you have 3 dumb clueless employees.
