Had to say I was getting a breakfast burrito with bacon instead of sausage a few times, and I got a burrito with sausage. Also it says on the glass that the burrito is 9.75 which includes a small coffee or tea, but I was charged an extra $2 for the coffee anyway. Before I paid too, I was patiently waiting for the cashier to ring me up and ask me what I had ordered, she went to the person behind me first asked them what they got, and then waited a few minutes looked at me and shrugged rudely until I told her what I ordered. I’m sure the foods fine but did not enjoy the atmosphere.
Prices don't match their take out menu. Overpriced.
Rude people and way overpriced
Crackers is a spot often overlooked as it is on the entrance road to the Roosevelt Field Mall in an office building's first floor. While this coffee shop offers no table service, the cafeteria style ordering gives you a chance to see all the day's offerings and to peruse their menu board. They make great soups, salads, and sandwiches as well as daily hot lunch specials. Often, I would take home lunch for dinner, especially their Swedish Meatballs and Egg Noodles, Sausage and Peppers, and Chicken Francese. The office favorite is their BLT. A nice bonus if you dine in is their dining room. Decorated in rattan and light colors, it feels like the place belongs far south of Long Island. It is a great spot to meet a friend for lunch and catch up on cable News 12. They draw a business crowd, but the line moves so you can enjoy your lunch.
Crackers is a great spot. Love the French toast!! The only issue I have is the counter lady touching money and flipping toast brea/whatever it may be with the same dirty glove. So she's wearing a glove and not using the other hand to take the money. Lots of contamination. I make sure if I order she's not touching my food. Enjoy!
Deliciously fresh food. I get the best omelets here.
Nice for breakfast
