We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Food and service were delightful. I had the arugula salad and the cod on a bed of Brussel sprouts and cauliflower. My husband had the spiced apple salad - too spicy for me but he loved it -and the spare ribs. Very good selection of wines by the glass. Lots of Gluten Free appetizers and Entrees and delicious ice cream and sorbet.

Terrible food was barely edible the cod was awful I took one bite and barely could swallow it . The drinks were also awful. The apps we had were grilled apples and chips and onion dip feel way short lacking flavor and quality . Never will return there are much better places to eat I feel ripped off our bill was over 200 dollars for food and drink that was horrible stay away !!!

Food was very good. Drink was delicious. The one thing was we asked the waiter what APFEL was and he said he gets this question all of the time, but he still didn't know what it was. If people keep asking you, maybe find out? Not a big deal, we just googled. Overall great time!

Screaming baby right behind us, not the restaurants fault at all. But the very slow service was disappointing. The server was aware of the kitchens lack of speed and apologized. Most of the food was on point and delicious Every Oyster of the half dozen had small pieces of shell in them. I've been to small batch a handful of times and had an amazing experience. This visit was overall not a good experience, especially when the restaurant was only 60/70 full. Not a packed house by any means.
i seem to give the same review every time I come here, along the lines of ... "WOW, this place is great!" Which is also why I come back at lot! We sat at the bar this time for drinks and apps - bartender Keith was personable, professional and very proficient.

Last week, I went with my son to buy candy, and I asked three times, but the girl at the counter still ignored us. She said they didn’t have any candy, even though I could clearly see it. She was rude and more focused on talking on her phone than helping customers.

Great food! The Octoberfest Menu is great! Our waitress was not as attentive, this is not the norm for Small Batch! My husband and love this restaurant because the food is always consistently satisfying. We done here often and definitely will be back...new staff members should be aware that returning customers are expecting the same quality of serviced that is synonymous with Small Batch. I highly recommend Small Batch despite the hiccup during my last visit

The noise level was non-existent as the restaurant was practically empty on a Friday night. Our server was very good with recommendations. The food was just adequate but the menu was very limited. One salad. Very few choices for entrees. The meal cost very close to $100 per person which was definitely overpriced ( especially for the quality of the food.. The steak was very fatty.) Will never go back.

My wife and have had quite a few meals at Small Batch that were all nice. We were shocked at the really poor quality of the Steak that we were served. It was chewy and tough and should never be presented at a restaurant like this. We told the waiter that the quality of the steak was really bad but no manager came foward. Sad.
