We have been wanting to try this restaurant being a fan of the owner. Everything was terrific from the decor and design , loved the open kitchen design. The staff was friendly and attentive to details. The food was terrific not huge portions for the price but comparable to others in the area. Can't wait to go back?

Very quiet night there. We were four. I had the salmon asked for medium it was well well but was still good. My husband had the pork chop- big but tough and tasted of too much grill smoke. The octopus had too much sauce on it and was just “fine”. The waygu burger was dry and did not taste like waygu. The fries were good. The lava cake was sugary tasting- not rich chocolate tasting. We tried it but not going back. Pretty inside though.
We were celebrating my son's birthday. The staff wished him a happy birthday and his menu had “Happy Birthday” at the top of it. Nice touch. We've there before and the food has been consistently good and the service is always warm and friendly.
Good meal but not thrilled with all of the upcharges we noticed when the bill came. I asked if they could add pasta to the bouillabaisse and they said no problem and then I found a $14 charge on the bill for the pasta which is not only ridiculous but they never mentioned there would be an extra charge. Not to mention half of the mussels weren't even open in the stew so do they deduct off the bill when the seafood isn't able to be eaten?? They also charged my husband six dollars for blue cheese olives in his martini instead of regular olives again no notice that this would be an up charge. They also added a $2 charge for martini versus on the rocks I guess? On and on it continues. Nice place but don't wanna feel nickel and dimed. You can go right next-door to the capital Grille and they don't upcharge you for any of these things....

They made the birthday celebration very special. Service started a little slow but once the order was taken, everything came to the table quickly. Some thought the food was slightly salty but overall very good.

I love Small Batch. Good quality, tasty food, with good service. It's a great place whether you eat at the bar or eat in the dining room. Don't think I've had a bad meal here. And I have to say, the ambience is designed so that after a few minutes of sitting there, you forget you're technically in a mall (even though it's a separate entity). Will continue to come back.

Overall it was good. Given that it was a Valentine Day celebration, the staff mistakenly skipped the 2nd course of a prix fix menu and served the entree. By the time the 2nd course was delivered, i was already full.

I love small batch and have gone back many times, and will happily return. Our server was excellent, the food was wonderful and the perfect compliment to our special occasion (double whammy of birthday and Valentine's). If you're thinking about going, go.

We took my mother in-law for her Birthday, We were greeted with Smiles and Happy Birthday wishes for her which she absolutely loved. Our server's, Zuli and Tatiana were amazing. Prompt, attentive and extremely professional.Our orders needed some special accommodations due to certain dietary needs and the entire staff was more than happy to accommodate. The quality of the food was amazing as always ( I have never had a bad dish here). The team there, always seems to make a special event even more special simple by the amazing job that they always do. Thank you to Everyone at Small Batch for a wonderful time. We All had a Wonderful time.

My daughter and I share our time her over the ricotta toast. She loves it best. I always partake in the pork chops and she love the steak bites with fries. We enjoy our experience there all the time Thanks for having us

This was the first time my wife and I have been to the restaurant. The staff was great especially Jeff. He took the time to explain some of the food and how it was prepared and was just the perfect host. The food was amazing and the cocktail and wine was terrific. We will definitely be back. Joseph

I have frequented SB and the food and drinks are consistent. However, the wait staff unfortunately is not. I had a waiter named, well, his name starts with a J. Anyway, I brought some friends because I rave about SB. I was so disappointed with J. He did his job, but he was not pleasant, he was abrupt, it seemed like he did not want to be there. Even my friends commented on what was up with him. Again, he did his job, but had no personality and did not add to the great experience that I have received. This is the 2nd time I have gotten a grade C waiter. They need to fix this as the waiter you get makes all the difference. Will, who I saw while there, is a great waiter, an example of an A++!
Absolutely the best experience. From the moment you sit down till the moment you leave you feel 100% excellent service and delicious food throughout with the view of the inner works of the kitchen. The servers work together to provide an amazing kitchen to table experience which is seamless. Will come back over and over because of the attention to detail. Food amazing, no question... it's Tom Colicchio, but the service is just an amazing, yet the restaurant feels like you are right at home. Simple amazing harmony!
