I recently visited the Dunkin’ location at Roosevelt Field Mall, and it provided a solid experience. The store is clean, well-organized, and the menu options are displayed clearly on digital screens, which made ordering simple. The staff were efficient, though their engagement could be a bit more welcoming.

I ordered the Berry Burst Dunkin’ Sparkling Water, Plain Bagel Minis, and a Pepsi. The drink was refreshing but leaned on the sweeter side, as expected. The Bagel Minis were warm, soft, and satisfying—perfect for a light snack.

What caught my eye were the promotions for the Hash Brown Brisket Scramble and Loaded Hash Browns—great options for those craving something heartier. The seating area is adequate for a quick break while shopping at the mall.

Overall, this Dunkin’ is a convenient stop if you’re at the mall and need a quick bite or drink. It delivers on what you’d expect from the brand, with a festive vibe to match the season.

The manager is extremely rude!!

Very rude staff!!!

Extremely rude stuff. Apparently he is rude with everyone because I can see his pictures posted. Looks like he is the manager since nothing has been changed with all the negative reviews about him.!!!!!!

At was at this Dunking Donuts at The Roosevelt Field Mall. One of the workers was extremely rude & condensing, she was small and of Indian descent. All the stuff started to laugh when I’ve ask to speak to the manager. I also notice this location is filthy & I saw roaches on the counter !! Smh???‍♀️

I wanted to buy coffee from there this morning, but the Indian guy at the cashier was very rude. We also work in this Mall .I didn’t like your customer service, smile a little instead of being rude. I will never come again

Terrible service, bad attention and the employee today was rude, my wife and I ordered a coffee and some donuts for us and our children, the man was a jerk and a person who incites me to answer him violently, please Dunking Donuts I worked in the organizational culture of its employees and in customer service.

The customer service at this location is horrible my mom is not a native English speaking person but she knows how to comunícate very well and the person that took her order was so rude to her And when i can close to talk to him about what happened he was treating me the wrong way you shouldn’t have employees that have 0 customer service he is a 5’6 brown guy with bear a little over weight so you have some idea who he is unacceptable behavior from a person that its supposed to have some customer service

Rude stuff.. special night time people 111119 and cleaning girl .. specially the cleaning girl she is very rude I buy 5 donut and when I saw my bag 3 is missing so I knock the door and she's inside and cleaning but she ignored

Great food and good deals with coupon but the wait was forever. I can’t blame the staff as it was a busy holiday weekend but still took way too long. Will come back on a slower day!
