Staff are so rude shouting for no reason at all. No need to be rude when money is being spent there. New staff should be assigned to this place someone with more customer service experience. The people that they have now don't care about customers at all. They talk to themselves but they never answer nicely when asked nicely about a drink or about anything else.
Not everyone drinks Dunkin every day. The man that was there today was so impatient and not polite at all. He should be replaced. For a mall to have a Dunkin and staff to be rude not good

big dude at register was extremely rude and yelling at me and my mom, extremely demanding and not good customer service at all, very snappy when my mom defended us for his yelling and was very rude. refused to scan our gift cards and was claiming they had no funds because he was frustrated. (they had funds in them I checked the app) The big guy needs to be fired!

They very rude I brought two bagels for $5.99 which I thought was very high total was $13.99 so I ask to have one and he said I rung it up already so I said just give me my money back and had a very bad attitude so I Told them what I had to say and then I left this place is very bad. Very bad experience.

I came and ordered a drink within around 15 seconds my drink was ready. Extremely fast service, very impressed, little seating though.

I occasionally go to this location. Today I went to purchase a Hot Chai Latte and I assumed the cashier didn’t hear me well. They made me a matcha latte. Before leaving the pick-up area, I opened it and noticed it was green and concluded that was not what I ordered. I told 2 of the guys making the orders that I ordered a Chai Latte and not a Matcha. I assumed they were fixing it. I waited for about 10mins and realized they were making other orders. So I asked them if they were making my correct order. One of the guy told me he made the order as per ordered and I have to go back to the cashier. I went back to her and told her that is not what I ordered and she was rude. She asked me why I didn’t bring it to her, I told her because that is not what I ordered. She picked up the matcha latter from the pick up area, emptied the cup and proceeded to make the Chai Latte in the same cup. The CASHIER IS DEFINITELY RUDE, SHE NEEDS TO BE COACHED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POSSIBLY NEEDS AN EAR CLEANING. SHE SHOULD BE MAKING THE ORDERS INSTEAD OF BEING A CASHIER WITH AN ATTITUDE!!! DEFINITELY THE WORST SERVICE!!

Terrible,Terrible.. I ordered an old fashioned donut with a small coffee.. I look into the bag and to my surprise the donut look like someone crush it with their hands. I ask for another and was mocked by staff but eventually given another donut: to add while waiting I ask the male employee(management)you served everyone else and I still haven’t received my small coffee,he ignored me; I then canceled my order because of the horrible treatment that was displayed in front of other customers, and told never to return…

Worst dunkin ever. 3 days in a row they got my order wrong. I went back to tell them that I got only 1 hashbrown even though i ordered 2, and the guy accused me of lying. Very disrespectful and amateur people working here. Big disgrace to the brand and the customers.

Man that took my order was rude said that I couldn’t alternate my drink because of one change, told him I always order it like that and there’s never a problem. He gave it to me but with an attitude. Won’t come here again. Waste of money because it didn’t even taste good, seem like he did it poorly on purpose.
