Last time at this DD. Ordered hash browns and didn’t want bacon. When they messed up the order they tried to pick out the bacon from the meal. When we told them we are strict vegetarian and need clean gloves for our food the lady’s response was - you should then eat at a restaurant. Rudest people ever.

I go to this location very often and avoid ordering in person by ordering online, because almost all of my interactions with the staff have been rude or negative. Today was the last straw when they made my drink wrong by not adding any milk; I tried to drink it as is because I didn't want any trouble and as I got to the bottom of the drink I found a fly/gnat in it :(

This place is what it is is a donut place that offers a wide variety of donuts, some breakfast food Bagels Coffee and tea, along with juice and slushies. Etc it is also inside of the mall.

It wasn't the first time I ordered here. But this time, I had a really bad experience. I payed though the app and tried explaining to the lady and the other workers how it charged me money but for some reason it didn't go though the app with proof. They just seemed to ignore me. I still really wanted the drink, so I just tried ordering at the counter. The lady was really unclear with her words and made me feel if I was stupid or going stupid. By the time I realized what she was trying to say, I just wanted to leave due to all the inconvenience. She was really dude and seemed to be aggressive towards me. Poor customer services.

Wow this place is horrible… just ordered iced coffee … waited for 15 minutes after which the lady at the cash register tells me “no I didn’t charge you do it I have to charge you again” and refused to serve me. They need to really train their staff about some customer service.
