It’s a decent healthy spot where you can get burritos, wraps, burgers, smoothies, and bowls. I had the salmon with stir fry vegetables and basmati rice, but it had a lot of sauce, which wasn’t mentioned on the menu and a bit spicy which is not what I usually go for - I will say it was flavorful though. There’s some indoor and outdoor seating.Kid-friendliness: Went with my kids, it’s family/kid-friendly. No separate menu for them however. But I share my meals with them, so either way it works.

This is one of my go-to spots for smoothies or a fresh juice when I'm not able to make my own. Was a bit skeptical to try "Raw & Fit" but it turned out to be a nice surprise for my picky taste buds. Have also enjoyed a few salads and soup. Great location!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.FOOD IS NOT FRESH OR MADE TO ORDER.My fiancé ordered a chicken salad wrap (Cha Cha Chicken Wrap) with avocado & hot cherry peppers from Food For Thought via door dash at 11 am.When the wrap arrived and he opened it, it was only chicken salad, no avocado, no hot cherry peppers. Clearly- this wrap was NOT made to order fresh and was something left over from their shelves.4 hours, after eating the wrap (the only thing he ate all day) he got FOOD POISONING and was throwing up for HOURS after consuming ONLY this chicken salad wrap.DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.FOOD IS NOT FRESH OR MADE TO ORDER.
