Great place. Food is always fresh and tasty. Lately I've been ordering their a la carte chopped salad dish. Great variety of options and a friendly staff

Used to be a good spot but this place has really fallen off recently. Had plastic in my sandwich and my drink was 2 months past it's expiration date. Won't be coming back.

Ordered 2 Classic Chicken Cutlets for delivery. Now both my friend & I have food poisoning. Absolutely gross. Be careful with the chicken.

Worst priced worst breakfast I’ve ever had, they’re crooks with their prices almost $8 for a bacon egg and cheese. A disgrace to New York and Long Island. I warn everyone to not come to this trash, undeserving business also among the worst bacon egg and cheese I’ve ever had. Roll was stale and cold, the whole sandwich was tasteless. Shame on this business. If the owners are reading this I hate you and your business

Excellent, until I seen a male Hispanic with a short haircut scratching his head, arms and neck while making sandwiches. He knew I was looking at him and he didn't care.

I live in a very small town, so this place was almost overwhelming the first time, but I went back again and again and again. They make the best sandwiches I have ever had. They also have way more options than I have every seen. Fantastic place. I hope to eat there again.

Quality is good but service is terrible. My experience and dissatisfaction is not so much with the people who take your order but the cashiers. I decided to write this because on more than one occasion the cashiers have made me feel as if I am burden for asking them to do their job.Their demeanor comes across as rude and inconsiderate, lack good customer service and definitely do not pay attention to the small details. The last time I was there I had to wait until the two of them finish their personal conversation so I can pay, They were speaking mainly in Spanish, which I fully understand so I know their chat was not an important issue. I was just standing waiting to pay and had to mention that I was pressed for time, so I can get help. They somewhat stoped their chat to help me. I had to ask for napkins and ketchup for my burger, little things that make a difference in a service food business and which should automatically be included if not they should at least ask if needed. When I asked for these items they made me feel as if I was interrupting their definitely unimportant personal conversation, yet again. I think management needs to review some of the basics of customer service with their personnel. It’s a great place, but please do not take your customers for granted.

Why don't you put some cream cheese on your bagels.? How cheap can you get! A picture is worth a thousand words!

Egg sandwich was fine but overpriced. Do not get home fries...tiny portion and made with peppers.

Attended a bbq catered by Gourmet Deli so this review ONLY relates to the food served. I had no interaction with the staff at the BBQ or was present in the ordering. Dishes included standard hotdogs/cheeseburgers, sausage and peppers, sliced skirt steak, marinated chicken breasts (possibly teriyaki), baked beans, tri color pasta salad, potato salad, cole slaw, and a garden salad. For dessert, there were platters of assorted cookies and sliced fruit. Staff was nearby grilling the food, and kept replenishing the dishes. The food was cooked and presented well. The standouts were the skirt steak, potato salad and surprisingly the baked beans. The cookies were the kind you get at BJs/Costco. For a catered affair, it was better than previous experiences I have had. I was pleased with the quality of the food and the presentation.

The food is decent, I have come here over the course of many years and it was always packed. Today I pulled up because I happened to be in the area and there was one car . And I was like that’s unusual. I tried a “special” that is $9.95 with a small coffee. I wanted a bigger one so figured like most places that exist , there would just be an up charge for the size upgrade. I was charged for a whole separate coffee and the bill was $15.69 for and egg sandwich on an English muffin and a coffee. I questioned the person and she said yes the special is for a small coffee not this. Lesson learned. Make sure you ask first and don’t get ripped off like I did.
