I’ve been coming here for some time now, but recently the staff have been really rude like they don’t want to be there I either come in the morning or at night around 7:30pm and they never seem to want to be open while every other spot around them is up and running I had to wait about an hour Saturday morning and rn it’s 7:20pm on Tuesday and everyone open and they told me and my friends that they were closed but they rather make free drinks for the Asian vendors next door to them, then to sell to paying customers staff you really need to have someone monitor them and correct them on their customer service and teach them time management

Do not eat there! The egg in my salad had a shell on it it was nasty. Cindy the mgr gave me an attitude and did not replace or give me a number for corporate. Their food is nasty and so is their service and staff! Will file a bbb complaint and consumer affairs.

Was there today with my daughter 10/1, and the lady behind the counter was so rude. Spoke very low, never said can I help you and never a thank you! Just handed my daughter over her change and looked down. She looked miserable and can tell she didn’t want to be there. Never used gloves while handling the bananas

So I’m walking through the mall, and trying to decide on lunch. I choose Green Leaf to try and be a little healthy. The 2 women working today have bad attitudes. One looked at me and walked away, idk if it’s because I’m overweight or she was just busy but it felt very condescending. The person who did help me seemed like she was upset and really didn’t want to help me. It really was uncomfortable to order here. I should have ordered the Asian food on either side of them. I will not be back to this location.

The girls making smoothies are gross they reuse whatever is left from the prior drink and keep making more smoothies. Plus there were roaches walking around the fruit. Not once did they stop to kill them or change out the blender pitchers

Terrible ridiculous service I asked for a Brazilian sunrise, the girl who made it for me after mixing it returned to add water and granola that juicy tasted like nothing pure water went back to complain and she tells me that it doesn't have blueberries and making fun of the client with the other girl she made me another one but reluctantly I fill it with ice cream lousy service, she blushes talking and doesn't pay attention to what they do, of course excluding the manager who does attend and does things well and the service is different with her

It's a mall salad store, so nothing special to note. Food was so mediocre for something that presents themselves as a health food place. Just slap some spinach and cheese on whole wheat bread, microwave it, and put it in a panini press. That's literally what it seems like they did.
don't bother coming here had a strawberry banana smoothie was sick as a dog they didn't clean the blender and was throwing up all night last Friday its terrible here I think the department of health of NYS should take action

The short Hispanic manager with the blonde is rude and should not be working in a fast food environment. I was in the food court earlier with me my sisters and one of them went to get a salad from here, like they have been doing for about the last 8 years. As she was got about half way through the salad she realized there was a bug on in of the chick peas. I, being the older sister brought the salad back to the stand( whatever you call it) and told the woman had made the salad. She pointed to the cashier so I can speak to her, turns out she was a manager. And a really shitty one at that. I showed her the bug and she said the bug probably just flew on it. You would be able to tell if a bug flew on your food...and my sister would've seen it happen. The manager also said that my sister already ate half the salad so she can only give half a refund. What type of s*** is that. Was she supposed to go through the whole salad and look for bugs before eating it??? 10/10 would not recommend.

This place is amazing. The little old lady in the back made an amazing sandwich. Had a great attitude. The problem most people are having is the younger girls by the counter with the bad attitude and lack of work ethic. At least put on a fake smile please.

I don't know why this place gets negative reviews. Great little spot, staff is great, and the artichoke dip panini is highly recommended. A great plant based option for lunch!
