The coffee is amazing! I love all the options they give you. Sadly that is the only pro I have. The prices are ridiculous for what they give you. Very cheap with their portions. I ordered an egg sandwich with bacon and cheese. The cheese was such a little amount and it was burnt. The bacon was raw. The egg was powered you can tell by the taste and appearance. The egg was super skinny. I wish I took a picture, but I am sure that is how it is sold anyway. Mcdonalds makes a better egg sandwich than that for cheaper! The oatmeal was good but it was half fill. This place is a rip off! Very disappointed!

Bad service. I was given a drink under the wrong name, when I questioned it, She said that’s for you. I let her know it’s the wrong size cup. She remade the drink in the right size but was not friendly handing it to me. I will not be purchasing from here again

I have been coming to Gregory's at Roosevelt Field Mall almost 5 days a week. I can't rave about the staff enough!! they are absolutely an amazing team. I work in the mall so I have quite a few different places that I can choose from to go get my fairly simple iced Americano. however I always choose Gregory's because of the staff. ( Not going to lie the beans really are the best also) I am a manager at one of the stores in the mall All of the team know my name and my drink is always me perfectly. Order an iced espresso with two extra shots. Asked for a large cup to put it in and was charged $2 for the cup. That’s definitely a first. Inflation is real.

Rushing into work as per usual, I wanted something cozy, warm and filling. I needed something quick to grab and it dawned on me that Gregory’s has their own app which was literally saving me time and effort. I placed my order and by the time I arrived it was done and still warm. I ordered the carda’mama decaf since I was already anxious while rushing lol, and the skinny sandwhich, to which I only ordered it because of its healthy ingredients. And omgahh it did not disappoint!! They certainly delivered!!! The staff at the Roosevelt field location are super sweet & always attentive!

Last 2 times i order my drink was made wrong. I always order ahead anywhere i grab coffee because I'm usually on my way to work and its faster. Just wish my order was correct when I'm grabbing it specially since additions like whip or cold foam come with an additional charge. Light ice and add foam ...looks like the drink was made according to how its listed on the menu.

The lady at the register was super nice and welcoming which is why I’m giving 3 stars. However I ordered a blue dream matcha and that’s not what I received. The girl who made the drinks called mine out at the same time as another order which was the same order but looked completely different. I told her I ordered the blue matcha and she said it was the same thing (with an attitude) so I decided to just grab my drink and walk away. Once I tasted it I realized there was no blueberry taste at all. It was super disappointing because I only ordered the drink because of the blueberries and because I spent my money on something that did not taste good.
I visit this location daily and give 5 stars for the great service that I get from Dylan and other baristas here that make it easy for me to get what I want when I come. The food and drink is usually just the way that I want and they have remade it for me on occasion with no problem. I especially like their salted caramel cold brew and their blue berry muffin warmed up. Love that the app gives us bonus points rewards and other rewards that help me to make my purchases. Happy that they are in the mall!

I got the London fog and it was not even tasteful at all it was straight up just milk that I was tasting with barely any flavor and they didn’t even put the garnish and when I asked they said the flavor is inside.. horrible would not recommend any drinks for the price.
