KINHA is consistently delicious and a fun evening for Japanese Fusion. The presentations are exquisitely formed and appealing. On a busy night, the service could possibly be rushed but overall the staff is friendly and welcoming and efficient. It is a definite regular for us.

First time here, and out last time. Food was quite nice, but the service was non-existent. We were seated promptly for our reservation, and a waitress took our drink and appetisers order, but after the drinks arrived we could not get the attention of any servers for the next two hours. Appetizers arrived in about 45 minutes, and half of our main course sushi arrived 45 minutes after that. The other half of our dinner order never arrived. There was no ability to order a second glass of wine or to get a water glass refilled. Eventually I had to go find a wait staff member - twice - to pay our bill so that we could leave. As some of our sushi hadn't arrived yet - after two hours - we just left and cancelled that undelivered sushi. The restaurant did take the undelivered food off our bill, but this was just about the worst service I have ever had in a restaurant. The table next to us had the exact same experience. People in the surrounding tables next to them actually applauded when their food finally came out, as it it been such a long wait (over 60 minutes before a morsel of food arrived for that poor couple).

Outstanding ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was the 4th time my fiancée and I went to Kinha for sushi. It's been a fantastic meal every time. This time we started with the Rock Shrimp appetizer, tempura battered shrimp in a slightly spicy sauce, and Bonsai cocktail... a mixture of cold sake and plum wine over ice with shreds of cucumber. The Grandma and Volcano rolls are always spot on and they have a nice selection of sake to choose from. Definitely our favorite place for sushi. Also, we sat at a high top table on the bar side. We prefer the ambiance of the bar side over standard seating.

I have been a customer for many years. Many times Kinha has messed up my order but after my last experience I shall not be giving them any more business. I had placed an order online and when we brought the food home some of the items were missing. I called to inform them of the missing items, I was upset as my children were hungry…instead of being apologetic or acknowledging that they made a mistake the lady on the phone yelled at me. Thirty minutes later kinha delivered the food but I had specially ordered spicy udon and they delivered bland tasteless noodles. I think their management and cooking skills have severely declined. Honestly their food and service arent worth it anymore. Will not be returning here anymore

Me nor my mom enjoyed our food. Everything was extremely bland, which made it hard to eat. We ordered a lot due to high hopes. We didn't enjoy anything besides one of the sushi rolls. We were both hungry and didn't want to be wasteful, so we ate most of it and left the rest. Drinks we good.

me and my friend came here for the first time and it will be the last time! the food came out way too fast (nothing to really complain about just unusual )and we felt rushed to get out. the worst part of it was that there was a waitress that was coughing and hacking you can hear her lungs vibrating over the food, she could have at least use a mask!! very unsanitary!!
My husband and I used to live close to this restaurant and it was our favorite sushi!! We have since moved 45 min away and tried a few places closer to us……we have resorted to taking the 45min drive just to eat here because it truly is the best on Long Island!! 10/10

I’ve been ordering from here for a while. The food is good. I placed a rather expensive order for delivery through their own website. After about an hour, my food was not at my door. I called Kinha and in essence was told due to some sort of issue with the system, they delivered the food to the wrong address, a previous property of mine that I had not lived in years(the occupants accepted the food.) I doubled and triple checked the order and it clearly displayed my current address. I’ve ordered food a thousand times, I think I’d know. The gentleman on the phone seemed frustrated because of the mistake and I just wanted my money back, which he said he would. That’s all it seemed to be, a mistake.
The owner personally called me about 20 minutes later. I thought she was calling to offer a personal apology and maybe make it up to my hungry pregnant wife and I. She proceeded to inform me that she was suspicious that I purchased food for the occupants of that house and was essentially looking for a free meal. Clearly appalled and now irate, I felt the need to defend myself at which point the owner apologized and refunded the money. This was probably the worst experience that I’ve had with a dining establishment and I needless to say, will not be going back.
