You need to try "chicken ramen". This is not Japanese ramen, but Chinese chicken noodle soup, which is superb. The handmade noodle and not so salty chicken soup go so well. I can eat this every day.

Oh my god! This is the best Spicy Taiwanese Beef Noodle (knife cut style) in New York. This is so authentic and I have been dying to find decent Asian food around Garden city. To be authentic, you must add the preserved veggies on top (you have to add yourself, it’s in a stainless steel jar by the pick up area). So you got to tell the cashier either the regular hand pulled noodle (which they name is as Ramen) or Hand cut noodle, when you order. I personally like hand cut version because they shave the noodle dough right in front of you and it’s so fresh and chewy. The menu however is slightly misleading. Ramen is suppose to represent Japanese noodle but this is an Asian cuisine where they did mentioned the noodles they offered are the 2 types: hand pulled noodle or hand cut noodle. So technically, they are not ramen.Disclaimer:I have only tried their beef noodle in hand cut form because that is the safest pick out of the whole menu. And I don’t think the stir fried noodle nor the fried rice is worth trying. Just because I don’t think the authentic one would look like this. So I don’t want to comment on the rest of the menu if I haven’t tried.Wish they can utilize more on the back side like a noodle bar.

My go to place for more authentic Chinese beef noodle soup. It’s healthier than most other places and just as good as food from flushing.

The food was ok. But the menu is misleading. We ordered stir fried ramen. And they gave us lo mein. We thought they made the wrong order but they told us, it's the only noodles they have.No refunds and no apologies. The girl kept insisting its ramen. It would've been more understandable if they just put stir fried noodle. That's like serving Spaghetti and calling it Angel hair.

I love noodle soups. Period. So I've had my fair share from places. Got the house special ramen (shrimp, chicken, beef) and my friend had the chicken ramen (spicy); it was surprisingly GOOD!! I wasn't expecting the broth to be so flavorful or the the meat to be so tender. But it was! I would come back to the mall just to get some noodle soup.

This joint is shockingly good for a random stall in a mall next to a Charley's Cheesesteaks - I'm still in awe that I can get Soup dumplings and spicy Taiwanese style beef noodle soup in a food court in Nassau. Definitely check it out. Note that their ramen is not the Japanese ramen that you may be expecting, they use La mien which is a similar type of noodle but the flavors are all very Chinese an deliciously so. Skip the Taco Bell and check out this place!

This is located inside Roosevelt Field Mall. Most of the food here is soup-related. The Ramen tastes good as well as the soup dumplings. Since it is located in the food court of the mall, there are a lot of seats, however, if you try to eat during peak hours, it gets hard to find an open seat.

Food was nasty. Today was my first time buying food from there. I ordered the pineapple chicken fried rice and there was no pineapples at all. Such a joke. Save your money and go somewhere else. The audacity. ?‍?

Food (4/5): Got the scallion pancake with chicken (because they ran out of beef) and #17 noodles. Overall both were quite good although beef would've been better on the pancake.Service (2/5): The servers and people taking your order are a bit inattentive and not particularly friendly. However they got the food out with no issue. We asked for a water cup and they made it difficult until they in an unfriendly manner gave some.Ambiance (4/5): One of the nicer areas in the food court because they have their own seats and dining area. The seats however are spaced too far apart and cannot be moved so it's a bit difficult to share food.

If you like a large portion of noodles with a very small portion of meat sprinkled on top that’s fine, personally I’d like meat right through the dish especially at the price (plus tax plus 20% tips)

They don't think New Yorkers know how to eat Asian food. This place is a joke, overpriced and very low quality of foods. Where do they find their chef's. Noting is done fresh as advertised. Don't waste your money and time.

Where in that area can you get great food for that price? I do not understand the negative reviews as this for me was one of the best Chinese I ever had.

I've been wanting to try Kung Fu Kitchen for quite some time so I finally did. I had the stir fry beef ramen w/extra bok choy and extra sauce...it was delicious! A bit pricey but fair considering it's mall food....Everything's pricey. 5/5 would eat again.

The noodles we ordered were low quality, salty and soupy and pancakes were burnt. They were definitely not worth the money.
