I work in the mall and le pain quotidian is my go to spot when needing some caffeine to get through my shifts.
All the staff is incredible at the front counter, including Slater and Natalie.
Sam the manager is on top of ensuring my coffee and lunch come out perfect every time! Anyone who visits the mall should visit this location!

If it wasn’t for the manager or supervisor, whoever that woman was dressed professionally who told the staff to ask what I am waiting for then who knows how much longer I would have been waiting for. It’s great that this business has a good vibe atmosphere between all employees that allows them to work and while having fun working. But they need to be more attentive to the food/beverages and products that needs to leave the kitchen instead of chit chatting and being distracted. Any food sitting on the counter has a place to be. Every should be wondering what is that customer waiting for

Let’s train the staff working around the cashier to take the initiative and if they see and or know someone is standing around waiting for food then they should be aware and mindful of that so when the order comes out it’s not just sitting there. The woman with the eye lashes said 5 minutes. 5 minutes they come out. Then they sit on the counter for an additional 5 minutes til I decided that was enough waiting time. All employees should be curious of anyone waiting around for any orders

Chefs kiss. Delicious pastries. Very well made drinks. Did not disappoint! The most comfortable couch like chairs to enjoy as well.

The pastries here are delicious. Love their apple turnovers and apricot tart
Horrific honestly, ive been to multiple locations in the city and i assumed my visit to this location would be just as nice. I forgot to get the names but im assuming its the girl Running tables? She was incredibly and unnecessarily rude, which confused us as we were being polite and respectful after ordering a meal and a pastry in the front we were told we couldn’t sit in the dining area which is understandable, when i asked if i could sit down as i ordered a full meal she not only said no but gestured for us to leave saying we couldn’t even stand in the dining section , she was super condescending and unprofessional, every other worker wore a uniform and she was wearing a grey hoodie and apple headphones, she stood and waited for us to leave afterwards i asked the cashier if i could
Please just take the table since i ordered a meal and only then did they say yes, afterwards we saw a white man and his kids also order at the front cashier, except they got to sit down in the dining area and weren’t bothered by anyone, its honestly baffling because the only difference between that man and me is our skin tone. She wasnt rude to them at all and it was just such an obviously rude encounter and environment, what’s even more confusing is the worker being hispanic as well. Talk about self hatred.

Roosevelt Field La Côte Quotidien.
I’ve been buying pastries and bread here for years. Yesterday I purchased four tarts (two fruit, one apricot and one passion fruit ), and three of them went straight into the garbage after just one or two bites — they were kinda wet and tasted stale and unpleasant. Only the passion fruit tart was somewhat reasonable. If the tarts aren’t selling fresh, why put out stale ones at all?

I been coming here for almost 3yrs , but today 09-21-2025 at 4:44 pm the manager of the places not only they scream but she disrespected a man that left his coffee and when he try to explain himself she continue to scream at him in front of his kid. Embarrassing him in front of everyone, It was disrespectful And very not professional, there is other way to talk to or approach people. But no she didn’t. Please be more professional and respectful, bc the guy was very calm and he still apologized.
