Maggiano's Little Italy

It was our first time at this restaurant. Everything was beyond amazing and flavorful. We made a reservation for 5:00pm and got seated right away. Our waitress Jorge and the guy next to hi (sorry forgot his name) were very helpful and provided amazing customer service. Our food was delicious! We got the shrimp scampi, fettuccine bolognese, lasagna and cheese flatbread. Everything was extremely tasty. For dessert, we got the Italian donuts! O M G. You have to get them!! We loved them so much. Italian donuts are the bomb! We will def return and recommend this restaurant!! Thanks!

The main entree only came after the severs removed all my sides and needed constant reminder.

Service and food were excellent 23 dollars for 1 glass of wine is excessive I can buy a whole bottle of the same wine for 13

They took a reservation for 12 with no issue and as we arrived 30 minutes early, they seated us within 5 minutes. Food was very good; our waiter was excellent! One dent in the armor related to their smoked bourbon old fashion signature drink - the smoker didn't work. No rush out the door either!

My family has frequented Maggiano's for family celebrations for years. We were so disappointed with our last trip. The menu has been significantly reduced—no more take home offers, dinners for two, or butter cake. The service was terrible- and no one seemed pressed about it. We waited for our entrees for almost an hour, and the dishes were lukewarm. The Fettuccine Alfredo was uncharacteristically watery. Finally, the bathrooms were a mess. I don't know if this is just a poor response to a difficult economy or poor management, but we will have to think twice before coming back to this location.

Service is always great. The food is always 10/10. Portion sizes are great and the price point is moderate. Highly recommend Maggiano's.

Haven't been there in a while and it's not like it used to be, no chefs specials, no lighter side choices, no real Italian bread, no butter cake. Had the stuffed mushrooms all I tasted was garlic. Also the tiny piece of bronzino with spicy crab stuffing meh and the potatoes were also covered in garlic, had stomach ache all night. On a brighter note the tiramisu was amazing. Overpriced, plus $19 for a 9 oz glass of wine. Sadly won't be returning.

Some personal favorites have been replaced on menu with new items particularly beef - pasta dishes, good comfort foods but with associated costs. Delicious and fun Italian doughnuts on dessert menu-lightweight fried dough slice style. Smoked cocktails a delightful addition

Our waiter was phenomenal and made our occasion extra special! The food was delicious as always and the specialty drinks were on point!

The food was superb. The staff was pleasant, patient and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

Maggiano's has become a favorite for me. The food is delicious and the drinks are amazing. Our waiter, George was wonderful.

Everyone else food at the table was good but my chicken parm meal came out cold which turned me off from eating it.

We love the food and service. Its so convenient... its perfect to have delicious dinner when staying at the hotel near by.

this restaurant was pretty good a year ago BUT now the quality of the food has deteriorated tremendously . It may be that they have new people in the kitchen my chicken marsala was two small pieces of chicken that looked as if they were microwaved the taste was bland and the sauce was not as I remember it before the other plate that we ordered was the branzino at iny piece of fish with little flavor If they don't step up and cook the dishes as that did a year ago this place is doomed to loose a lot of faithful clients.

The quality of the food is just not great. It's higher than fast food, but not the same quality as a smaller Italian restaurant. This is unfortunate as the prices for the food items are not inexpensive. It seems like every meal was defrosted or came from a premade package. The waitstaff is very friendly, but is not consistently attentive. For example, the flatbread appetizer (which was NOT a flatbread, but more like a pizza) came out lukewarm. We waited over 10 minutes for a waitstaff member to pass by. The restaurant was mostly empty during our entire lunchtime visit. This is the second time that I had this type of experience there. Although the restaurant is extremely convenient as it is walking distance from my office (in a large office complex), I won't go back.
