Maggiano's Little Italy

The quality of the food is just not great. It's higher than fast food, but not the same quality as a smaller Italian restaurant. This is unfortunate as the prices for the food items are not inexpensive. It seems like every meal was defrosted or came from a premade package. The waitstaff is very friendly, but is not consistently attentive. For example, the flatbread appetizer (which was NOT a flatbread, but more like a pizza) came out lukewarm. We waited over 10 minutes for a waitstaff member to pass by. The restaurant was mostly empty during our entire lunchtime visit. This is the second time that I had this type of experience there. Although the restaurant is extremely convenient as it is walking distance from my office (in a large office complex), I won't go back.

The food was great as always but some of the portions have gotten smaller just like everything you buy these days which is somewhat disappointing when you consider the price you pay. Service is always A+ from the friendly staff at Maggianos. Other than a few adjustments made to the menu and some smaller portion sizes, Maggianos is still one of our favorites.

Very good service and atmosphere. Food was good but I miss the mussels which was a dish I loved.

Excellent dinner at Maggiano's. The waitress Michelle was very attentive and friendly, food was great and the manager Heri Reyes came over to check how our meal was. I would recommend eating here, you won't be disappointed.

Dinner last night at Maggiano's was excellent! Our server, Kiera, was outstanding and truly enhanced our experience. We started with the Caesar salad and crab cakes, which were delicious—a must-try if you're ever there. I had the rigatoni pasta with grilled chicken, shrimp, and spinach for my main course, which was phenomenal. The flavors were fantastic and left me wanting more! Dinner was so good that we're already planning to return over the weekend. When you visit, I highly recommend asking for Kiera; she was a wonderful server and offered great suggestions when we had questions. The atmosphere was also very nice, making it the perfect setting for a lovely dinner. Overall, I highly recommend Maggiano's for a great dining experience!

The food was great. Ambience was calming. Wait staff was exception, funny and charming. Get the butter cake for dessert. It was amazing. I had the fettuccine alfredo for dinner. It was really good. The Zucchini Fritte was to die for. Amazing experience all together.

We had Thanksgiving dinner here with my two boys. The service was absolutely outstanding. Our waitress was amazing . The food was beyond what I expected. Well done!!!! The portions were beyond believable and believe it or not the take home portions were just as amazing as they were when first brought out. More than 5 stars. Excellent evening and the price was ridiculously resendable. Great job to all the cooks and the people that don't get the recognition they deserve in the preparation of this fantastic meal.

Maggianos used to be one of the only few high end Italian chains left and we used to visit often. A few years back this location went down and we stopped going, but the kids wanted Italian and we couldn't think of anywhere else so we decided to give it another chance. We are glad we did. This location is back to the old days. Food quality was excellent. We did the family meal and were pleasantly surprised to see all our favorites delivered quickly and very tasty and well prepared. Rigatoni D was how we remember it, the salads were amazing. Salmon, chicken piccata all fantastic. Something new we tried which we were glad we did was the Whipped Ricotta. A fantastic light option that offset the heavy (but delicious) Calamari we ordered. Deserts were on point. The executive chef stopped by and spoke to us for quite a while. I can see why the food quality has dramatically improved, the timing seems to match his arrival exactly. Will definitely stop by routinely in the future now we know the location is great again. Service by the way was excellent. Waitress was very friendly, understanding and checked in often. Great overall experience.

This is our family restaurant, we celebrated my sons birthday on Sep 20th and as always we were completely impressed with how each time they raise the bar. From accommodations for the baby (booster and crayons available when we sat) making my son feel special on his day, no wait time upon arrival, availability of staff... All Great Things ... As always we'll be back.

I had a wonderful birthday at Maggiano’s. The service was impeccable and the food was fantastic. The GM David Deal personally wished me a happy birthday which was very kind and thoughtful. I really appreciated it. Our waiter Jorge was the best! He was very attentive to our table , helpful when I had a question about the menu and was always smiling. Great customer service , atmosphere and food. I highly recommend ❤️

We enjoyed every moment at Maggiano's, the food is spectacularly delicious, the place and atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff totally friendly and qualified, excellent for visiting with family and friends.

Server was really nice. Food was good, but the table and the floor were not cleaned properly. Servers were really busy, straws and napkins were hard to get.
