The lady was so rude and they used Rotten strawberry for smoothie and taste disgusting and when I said that the smoothie taste wierd she was so rude. dont recommend this red mango in Roosevelt mall.

I returned part of my purchase after the window and agreed to get store credit. After a moment I wanted to return one more item from the same receipt/purchase and all of the sudden the cashier got so rude, told me I was lucky he even helped me in the first place. Extremely rude and dismissive. I looked for the manager who would not even look me in the eye. When another employee asked the manager on our behalf to speak to us, she nearly yelled at us that we didn't deserve any courtesy. After considering leaving a review, I see others had a similar experience with the same employees (the initial employee that was rude to us is also the man with the tattoos....)

Tried to Return item unworn a week later and unable to process due to flaw on garment. Again never worn and not even tried on. Sales person with tattoo on head not trying to be helpful
