It honestly feels like the manager at this location was sent by a competitor to damage McDonald’s reputation from within. I find it hard to believe that a real McDonald’s manager would respond to their staff neglecting customers by simply saying, “Just say sorry, that’s it.”

This company put a lot of people out of work with automating check through. Very mechanical and without the fun it used to be. Impersonal robot burgers at the high prices they are charging. How can you get food young kids can afford.
Has to be the cleanest a nicest McDonald's I've ever been too .. and the employees are nice ... We hardly eat at fast food restaurants but when we do this is one we will go again
