My fav item isnt on the menu anymore, Chicken Bacon Ranch, and this location was not only accommodating, but Que also made it to perfection, I also noticed hes running around doing a 1000 things, dudes a legend, melt shop yall gotta good one! Thank you Que!

Love this place! hands down my top 3 in long island! came to mall today and not only was the food delicious but the hospitality was A 1.. Ralph the cashier is something special but like he said its a team thing. keep rocking yall

Melt shop hands down is the best go to spot in Roosevelt Field Mall. I don't know how people can go to Walh burger with they tasteless and basic burgers.They don't even greet you when you go there. Which is what led me to the Melt Shop. The customer service was very pleasent, and the staff asked me about my day and I was very impressed. They remembered my entire order and I enjoyed my food. I really enjoyed my visit overall..

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Everything about the sandwich was delicious, except for the chicken, which was overcooked (tough to bite into and chew, like it had been microwaved.) Also, the size of the piece of chicken on my sandwich was literally half of the size of the bread. That’s just not fair. The other aspects of the sandwich were very good. The bread and cheese were the best part, so I think the next time I come, I will just get a pull apart grilled cheese, and skip the chicken.

Parking: There is a nearby parking garage and surrounding parking lots.

Wheelchair accessibility: Located on the second floor, in the food court of the Roosevelt Field Mall. Elevators are nearby.

OMG! Melt shop at Lga! i
was flying out today to texas and seen my favorite go to spot!!! What made it even better was, the gentlemen there whom i know from roosevelt field mall was there!… I've been going to the roos field location for a while now but once i heard his voice i knew! he remembered me and knew my fav sandwich! crispy chix melt with extra slaw and pickles! He was great! same energy same jokes which had everyone laughing ! on my way to texas another couple was talking about theyre exprience and how he made them laugh ! i told them i know him and hes from my neck of the woods! and where they could find him! Thank you Quince and im happy to see you grow with the brand! i will miss you at the mall! but im happy to know where you're at now. The sky's the limit young man

It was my first time ever eating at the melt shop so I had a lot of questions about the menu and Que was sure to answer all of them with patience. My food came fast & everything was hot & fresh! No complaints at all and Que went above & beyond to make sure my first visit was great!

Ordered a burger melt. Bread was not grilled at all.. burger part good, bread not so much. Also ordered side of Mac & cheese cost $6 had the smallest amount I have ever seen. Asked guy why so small, he said that what they tell us to give & said to leave a review… I gave it back and got refunded.. all in all , very disappointed

Had to write a review. Took my clients here for a quick lunch and they were impressed. Asking about other locations and how they never had it before. Their menu is expanding, and literally they have all the faves, that you can create something special within their selections. Plus...The customer service is top notch when their GM is in the building. Shout out to Mr. Quincy! Keep up the hard work! I will be back for some crispy chicken tenders, and maybe a salad next time...

This location is amazing! If I come to Roosevelt, I have to visit The Melt shop. Their buffalo chickem melt, their Korean tenders, the milkshake. Like can I invest in the Meltshop. They are the next best thing to Chic-fil a!

I had a very pleasant experience with Que today. I was in line to order my usual, and saw that the person in front of me was a lady with special needs. Que was very patient with her, and gave her change back with two hands. It might not be a big thing, but as a person who works with people with special needs, it really warmed my heart to see Que being kind and friendly to someone who was trying to order her food independently. It was just nice to see. Que was also nice to me, which makes me think he's just a nice guy overall. ?
