Jalil and Lyam provided excellent customer service, demonstrating efficiency and attentiveness. The food, especially the Buffalo sandwich, was exceptionally good--arguably one of the best chicken sandwiches I've had in a while. I highly recommend trying the Buffalo sandwich for a delightful culinary experience.

The service was amazing despite the fact that they were about to close and did not feel rushed to order. The cashier was sweet, helpful and knowledgeable of the menu and the food was great.

The service was horrible. I ordered at 6:35 ( they close at 7) an employee told us “ umm excuse me we close in 2 minutes, we don’t have shakes or burgers sooo…..?” rolled her eyes at us. The rest of the employees didn’t seem to mind the treatment we just received.

let me start out by saying how amazing the customer service is. the General Manager Q, was the best and coolest manager I've come in contact with in a long time, a lot of places take your order and send you on your way, the General Manager actually took his time to tell us whats the best things on the menu without even having to ask, he treated his staff with respect and also every customer after us as i watched how he interacted while we waited for our food. the food was absolutely out of this world, especially for mall food/burgers. everything was correct nothing was incorrect and nothing was shy of ingredients where you order a burger and they slap one pickle, a half slice of cheese and a few pieces of lettuce, we ordered the The Shop Bacon Cheeseburger, Herb Parmesan Fries, New Burger Melt, Crispy Chicken Avocado Ranch, and the Crispy Chicken Caesar Sandwich, 10/10 recommended to anyone who goes

This place is unprofessional I was standing on the side of this place minding my business and I get a whole big bowl of soup poured on me out of nowhere by one of the guys working here and one of the workers started laughing and none of them asked if I was okay and just stood there looking towards the end the manager was very nice and got me a new sweater to cover myself and asked if I was okay but that was very unprofessional of the cooker to have made a big accident and could have almost hurt me if that type of soup wasn’t hot I had went back to talk to them and told them to be careful and to pay attention to what they are doing and then they apologized but only because I came back if I had never came back they would have never apologized and as I was speaking to one of the girls which was a cashier I believe she was being childish and laughing in my face this place has horrible customer service and the manager was the only good person

It was my first time going to a Melt Shop. I will definitely going back if I’m at the mall. The service and people were friendly and amazing. My server was Autumn, Tanajia and Mohan the people were attentive and gave me everything I needed. The food was delicious and french fries, burger hit.

The worst food that my family and me ever tasted. Cheap white bread, bad quality meat, the cheapest cheese, cold and tasteless fries. If you don't tip you will be served after 10 people that came after you. Food doesn't match the pictures even close. Staff was rude.

I was at the Roosevelt field mall locations about 1pm in the afternoon, Monday 12/18 and the crew on staff are HORRIBLE!.. their customer skills approach is TRASH. The young lady act as if she didn’t want to be bothered because I stood there watching her fill two drink cup and didn’t even acknowledge me . The young man that did come to take our order seemed as if he had a slight or didn’t want to be bothered attitude, he didn’t pay much attention to the order being taken and of course it was not what I asked for . The place wasn’t properly equipped, they had no napkins so she gave me hard brown paper towel to use . I asked for a wet paper and the young man response was “ there ain’t no janitors around “ … Unsatisfied customer and the food wasn’t great either ????

The workers ALL HAVE HORRIBLE ATTITUDES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. The guy that took the order had a dry approach, got the orders wrong and when my mother asked for a wet napkin he referred her to a janitor. Barely any utensils for the customers. Just disgusting and overpriced.

Crispy Chicken melt was disappointing because couldn't taste the pepper jack cheese, was not even visible, and looked dry (definitely no melting cheese like in the photos). And it took a while to get the order.

I really dont like to leave reviews but i have to this time.. I want to start by saying i support almost all of the food establishment at the Roosevelt field mall however melt shop has been the worst with service, its not like this happens once or twice its all the time and thats why proper customer service skills and training is important... there is this one African American older guy there he is very rude and nasty, he doesnt smile and not very welcoming.The food is good but his attitude leaves very a bad taste in your mouth1. He always lays on the counter in front left corner with a computer and if you walk up to him to take a order omg the look that he gives you its like you asking too much or your bothering him.2. Its a hit or miss on the food sometimes its good and next time its cold and slappy.3. I hope that guy is not the owner or the manager because he is setting a really bad standard for the rest staff..
