I placed an order on Easter Sunday, drove to pick up. Told the woman I spoke to my name is Trini for the order, when my hubby and I arrived for pick up before 2pm the doors were closed. I redialed the number back and was told we don’t have an order here for you and we’re closed… I’m like so where’s the lady I spoke to when I placed my order? The guy didn’t answer he tried to make it seem like I called the wrong location but I didn’t! I verified the address and phone number when the order was placed smh we drove over 25mins to be told this bs no one called us to say they’re closing early when they had my name and number! Very unprofessional staff and waste of time, energy and gas!

Great breakfast food, never misses. If they make a mistake they always try to make it right. Only issue is they don’t speak English that well so make sure you clarify everything you say. They get a lot of pickup orders and sometimes they just stand there ignoring you if you are for pick up.

People will make eye contact with you but don't care to take your order. That includes management. If you're a usual they might help you. Order online or better yet, skip the place completely.

What a rip off! Making up prices as they go. Stale bagels and warm sour coffee. This place went down the tube's right after the renovations. What a shame.
Really good bagels!, great breakfast sandwiches and their coffee is flavorful and fresh. The only disappointment is having to be subjected to listening to a news network that was ordered to pay over 700 million in fines for broadcasting misleading info. NY1 is all a New Yorker really needs.

Best breakfast sandwich on the island. They use a good amount of delicious bacon and the bagels are fantastic with a perfect texture and flavor. You will definitely want to stop by this place any morning, or afternoon for a great lunch.
