'Didnt realize the location was in a mall! After driving thirty five minutes there, I was told there was a forty five minute wait!! There was a line for taste testing...wtf? If you have a few hours to spare... Go to this location!
I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Michael, a truly exceptional Nespresso employee. From the moment we walked in, his warmth and welcoming attitude made us feel like part of the Nespresso family. Michael was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all of our questions with ease, and he took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure we were fully informed.
Not only did he share great tips on how to make the most out of our coffee experience, but he also had a fantastic sense of humor, which made the entire shopping experience so enjoyable. He offered us a delicious coffee sample that was absolutely delightful genuine customer care at its finest.
Michael went above and beyond by sharing a clever suggestion we never would have thought of such as storing certain seasonal or limited edition pods to ensure they last longer. We didn’t realize how easily we could enjoy these flavors at our own pace, and it was an incredibly valuable tip.
Thanks to Michael, we left with not just the perfect coffee but also a better understanding of how to savor it over time. His exceptional service and personal touch made this one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend visiting and asking for Michael!

Manager was a jerk. Came into store and asked if I should wait in line and salesperson said no they will take care of me next. After 15 minutes of waiting the manager told me to go outside and wait in line. He had an attitude. I mentioned that I would be happy to do so but they told me to wait in the store- manager just walked away. They put me on a queue and never got back to me. Badly managed store and poor service for customers at Roosevelt field mall. Don’t go there!! 👎👎👎👎

I had a disgusting experience. I walked in and was waiting patiently as a gentleman was helping a customer who was going back and forth with her order. A woman walked in behind me to recycle items and was offered coffee. She was told to stand on the line and so she got on the line behind me. The employee walks out and brings her her coffee while I was standing there still waiting. When I inquired about the line I was told “yea you’ll be next” and she was here. To which I responded actually I was here. When the employee came to help me I was met with defensive responses of you should have stood over there. No apology offered. Disgusting, rude lack of customer service

I always have a great experience in this store! On Christmas Eve I went in and Michael helped us. He really made this time exceptional. Beyond his knowledge of each roast, he offered a sample of the newest blue bottle roast. He brought out a carafe of milk and offered sugar so that my mom could enjoy the rest of the cup instead of just drinking it black. This was the first time anyone has offered these amenities to us! He was personable, sweet, funny, generous and clearly enjoys his job! I will definitely be asking for his expertise next time I need to stock up on pods!

I decided to move from Keurig to Nespresso and went into the boutique to ask a million questions and make sure I made the right choice. I was lucky enough to be helped by Michael. He was patient, knowledgeable and very friendly!!!

This has to be the worst store for service. They claim to offer personalized service and they invite you to drink coffees they want you to buy, but really, not everyone has the time to wait 20-30 minutes on line to be helped.
In all fairness, they should have 2 separate lines, one for people who knows exactly what they need to buy, and another for people who can spend the time B S' ing around. Time is $

I would just like to say Maurizio at this location is a Gem, my experience with him at Nespresso was extremely nice & he was definitely good at his job! His very kind & positive attitude towards the company & coffee was exciting, will gladly be returning again! Thanks again for responding to all my questions & for all the help! ☺️

My recent visit to Nespresso to purchase a machine was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the store, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. However, what truly set this experience apart was the outstanding service I received from Mauritzio.
Mauritzio was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, answering all of my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. His passion for coffee and the Nespresso brand was evident, and he made the entire process enjoyable and informative.
Thanks to Mauritzio's guidance, I found the perfect machine to suit my lifestyle. I left the store feeling confident and excited about my purchase. I can't wait to return for more pods and explore the vast selection of Nespresso coffees. I also plan on making any future purchases from this store, as I know I'll receive the same exceptional service.

Not enough people work here, frustrating artificial slowdown, 20 min wiat outside in the sun every time just to buy coffee, cery bad service. I always buy from amazon but thinking about giving up on nespresso altogether.

I came in and was approached by Brittany she offered me the samples of the day as well as her expertise and was so very helpful and she help me choose the best ones she saw fit for my taste. 10/10 will come back again.
As I strolled into the store, Brittany immediately came to my person and asked what I needed help with. I continued and completed my order with her, she gave great insight on the existing and new pods! She offered to make me an espresso with the new flavor “Ristretto” and boy was it the winner! I ended up buying 18 sleeves of it! What a great day, I love this store it’s always so well kept, clean and organized!
