My Wife and I saw this place while shopping at the Roosevelt Field Mall and never had it, so we decided to try. The server was very nice to us and gave us some suggestions and what was popular. We got the Works and Bacon Double chesse hot dogs and the pull pork poutine fries. The food was very delicious. We will definitely come back again for there food. Great job.

WOW! wait did I say that WOW! customer service beyond extraordinary the gentlemen went above and beyond to explain the different options that we had and gave us some of his own recommendations and samples. The customer service here should be the model and the standard of customer service. Oh and did I mention the fries are outstanding…best fries… my daughter and I ever had and we don’t agree on anything! Greatjob New York fries you’ve just got a new customer!!! Make it a point to check them out!

I don’t come to the mall often but I’ve tried the free samples almost every time I’m in the area and they are so good. Today finally I decided to try the poutine fries and it was delicious. I will not pass by without ordering again.

I only came to New York fries because of Luca his service was excellent. He was on point and describing the food products and also he was on point in telling me which of which ingredients was in the food and he was so patient kind and I am a disabled veteran so he took his time and talking with me, and took his time explaining, and he was a pleasure was an absolute pleasure to order fruit from and he also gave suggestions and what to eat as well and he talked about each product, which I appreciate it and don’t forget not to mention he also offered drinks and what type of drinks they had and how you can get different ways how to get your food Luca was very knowledgeable And was a young African-American lady the other day that was very knowledgeable as well

Vegetarian options: Veggie fries are absolutely awesome. They are delicious. they also have vegetarian fries, Arion hotdogs, fresh cut fries with a variety of cheese, sauces, chipotle, garlic, pepper, dill, pickle bread, ranch, boom, boom sauce, queso they really have a variety and like I mentioned before Luca is absolutely fabulous
