Our server Anthony was wonderful as always Food was very good and service was attentive but not overwhelming Amomg NM restaurants, it's one of the better ones
It was the first time having lunch at NM and it didn't disappoint . The bread and chicken broth was delicious that they served before our lunch came out. They were kind enough to split our Caesar salad and cheeseburger . Very nice presentation and the burger was cooked med rare to perfection . I would definitely come back and our waiter was great Ty
Today was a holiday, and the restaurant was busy and customers with reservations had to wait longer than 15 minutes to be seated. We were told that they were understaffed. Our server was friendly , helpful and attentive, the food was delicious and nicely presented.
I love this cafe. The service is wonderful, the restaurant is pretty and the food is always delicious. When it is crowded, which is often, it can be quite loud. Highly recommend and highly recommended reservations.
The Neiman Marcus cafe is a special place for my family and I. How can I not give it 5 stars?? Whether it be lunch during a day at the mall or to celebrate a birthday, Mother’s Day or a graduation we are always treated like family. The manager Sheila greets us with conversion and a smile. The servers are great and Anthony aka Tony is like family to us. My mom is always treated like royalty there. The food selection is great and tasty! We love the popovers with the strawberry butter and the amazing, truly amazing broth. The service it’s great but the food and the people themselves is what makes us continually return. My mom and I love a good Madison Ave salad with a side of conversion with Tony :) thanks for always treating us with kindness!

Today service was almost not in existence, bad. Food was neither looking good nor tasting good. Overall pretty bad experience. After this lunch, we did not even feel good.
Will not visit anymore and do not recommend.

This is a hidden gem in Roosevelt Field. The restaurant is on the 2nd floor in NM and it is bright and welcoming. The service was attentive and the food was amazing. They start you off with a small cup of warm bone broth ( incredibly delicious). My companion had never had bone broth this way and loved it. They also bring a fairly large popover with Strawberry flavored butter while you review the menu. My companion ordered the Caesar Salad w chicken and I had the Warm Grains salad w Shrimp. The entrees came out quickly and the service made us feel like important VIP's. The portions were generous and they were so good they were devoured quickly. ( we were hungry LOL). The prices were in line with what you would pay for any restaurant, however this experience was exceptional. I really cannot wait to return.
I started coming here even if I don’t need to go to the mall. The restaurant is just so good and the service is outstanding. Every person working in the restaurant is so kind and professional. I love all their sandwiches, tortilla soup, salads with salmon or chicken, and truffle fries. All of their drinks are amazing too - I especially enjoy all the fresh fruit margaritas.

Ordered the truffle fries and crab cake, not worth the price...seemed more like something I'd get from a diner. Service was also very poor. Overall, don't think I'll be back.

Our waiter never smiled and didn't come back to see if we needed anything. We needed the check and kept waiting, finally one of us went to front desk. No one knew where waiter was. Perhaps he quit and left? A place like NM should have said the check is on them?
What a wonderful cafe that has it all: great food, great service, reasonable prices, and a surprisingly attractive view from a gigantic window overlooking the mall. Our server, Anthony, was attentive and made great recommendations. Our crab cake was so tasty and came with a nice salad. The sandwiches were large and delicious and I'm looking forward to going back for the peach cobbler.
Best place to eat at Roosevelt Field! The food is amazing and the popover and broth they serve you in the beginning of every meal are so delicious! Beyond the food, the service is truly exceptional, the views are amazing and the host Len is an absolute sweetheart! My daughter and I always look forward to seeing him! I highly recommend this restaurant!

Yesterday my son, husband and myself dined at NM. I have alot of allergies such as to tomatoes and bacon. I told the server I only wanted romaine, diced chicken and cranberries due to my allergies. The salad came out with every item in the salad including bacon and tomatoes. I sent the salad back. The waiter was annoyed and did not return to check on my son's or husband's meals. He did not refill their drinks and had someone else bring the check. We were very disappointed with his service
We always have wonderful experience at the NM Cafe. Anthony was so kind, he greeted us personally and made us feel welcomed. Food is great! Love a lunch break at NM Cafe!
