My family and I are frequent customers here. All of the staff are super friendly and personable. They even remember us whenever we walk in. They always attend to our needs and we can be needy at times with a fussy two year old. The food is always delicious and fresh. Atmosphere is perfection for mall dining. Honestly our favorite place to eat at RF Mall. Today they surprised my husband and I with a generous goody bag that was leftover from Valentine's Day. That was very kind of them and they didn't have to. They even put some cookies in there because they remembered we have a son at home. Thank you NM Cafe. We love coming to your restaurant and will always be back!

They start you with a complimentary popover and cup of broth, both of which were great to start with. We ordered the truffle fries which were crispy and flavorful. The special crab and pasta was creamy, plentiful and delicious. The grilled cheese was great, as was the linguini and clam sauce. If you order the Caesar salad with chicken prepared to be overwhelmed by a very generous portion. Our waiter, Michael, was pleasant and very helpful. Will definitely go back.

My husband and I visited NM cafés at Neiman Marcus in different states. And compare to the NM café at Roosevelt Mall it's like day and night. I believe that quality of food, beverages and outstanding service is result of dedication and professionalism of Manager Sheila Conroy and all team. Please keep up with the great job. I have dined at the Cafe many times. The servers are always delightful, friendly and accommodating. But the last 2 times I had lunch there, the food was not up to its usual high quality. The chicken strips in the tortilla soup were too tough to eat . This time I had the chicken burger. It was awful, filled with grizzle and fat that I had to spit into a napkin. I would avoid those dishes. My friend had the salmon tacos and was happy with them.

Love everything about this cafe/restaurant! Anthony the most amazing server here always makes it a wonderful experience. He goes above and beyond which is rare. The food is delicious, drinks are perfect & boozy, and the tiny tea cup of bone broth they provide as a starter at no cost is to die for! Absolutely delicious. Really enjoy this Cafe it's a must if your in the area!

I've been here 3 times and each time is better than the next. The wait staff is extremely attentive. The food is top notch and always fresh. I've had their burger a few times and their salads a few times and finger sandwiches too. Everything I've ever had is always very good. Their popovers are fantastic! I love the chicken soup they give you too. Their strawberry butter is off the chain lol. I can't say enough about NM Cafe. I wish they had later hours.
