The food here was absolutely amazing, real authentic italian food that you can't find just anywhere. My favorite were the desserts that were all homemade especially the gelato. Servers and staff were all super friendly and accommodating.

Update: we ate here for my birthday recently. I'm updating because they obviously changed their policy and were very clear about the choices of what to drink, unlike the last time we went there. I would give them five stars for that change alone. We had an excellent meal. We started with an eggplant appetizer, really good. This time I ordered the salad, forget the name, but the one with dried fruit and nuts etc and it was absolutely delicious. We shared a chicken marinara dish as well a pasta dish with eggplant. All were excellent. We were unfortunately too full for dessert, which was actually too bad because I remember the chocolate dessert as being great. Below is my review from a year or two ago: We randomly chose to try this restaurant and I loved it. The food and atmosphere were excellent. We had the chicken parm and the rigatoni and some chocolate desert, all of which were really excellent. It had a very authentic Italian atmosphere.
My only negatives were that I found it a bit pricey. Also when I sat down we were offered a choice of flat or sparkling water. Perhaps I should have known, but I chose the flat and was surprised there was a $10 charge per bottle. Not that that's expensive these days, but I felt we should have been told that at the start and not surprised by it on the bill. I do plan to go back though. Maybe for special occasions. Great food-

Being born and raised in Puglia I was intrigued by the resaturant with chef from conversano. Unfortunately the excitement ends there. My second time visiting food has gone way downhill since last visit. My wife and I were very disappointed with both our pasta dishes. I ordered a simple linguine with clams. My wife a spaghetti carbonara. To start the dishes came with same size pasta. Neither were spaghetti or linguine. They were very thin spaghetti almost like angel hair. My clam dish was full of huge over cooked garlic chunks. The garlic was clealy over cooked and gave the dish an overwhelming "burnt garlic" taste thats was not pleasant. My wifes carbonara had same spaghetti as mine except hers were wayyyy too al dente and rather hard. The first time ever ordering a carbonara that was RED . Not sure what would make this dish red in color but it was disappointing and not very good at all. Needless to say we wont be returning.

I had the lamb shank with nocci special and truly have to say that it was the best meal of my life. The flavor was unbelievable. Service was excellent. The price is worth every penny. Definitely going g back in a few weeks for my birthday.
