The food here was absolutely amazing, real authentic italian food that you can't find just anywhere. My favorite were the desserts that were all homemade especially the gelato. Servers and staff were all super friendly and accommodating.
Outstanding food and warm and lovely owners! A very special Italian restaurant for sure. Our party of 8 was so impressed. Highly recommend a visit to La Nonna Bella in Garden City.
Update: we ate here for my birthday recently. I'm updating because they obviously changed their policy and were very clear about the choices of what to drink, unlike the last time we went there. I would give them five stars for that change alone. We had an excellent meal. We started with an eggplant appetizer, really good. This time I ordered the salad, forget the name, but the one with dried fruit and nuts etc and it was absolutely delicious. We shared a chicken marinara...
