My husband, my one year old son, and I always come here! It's always something special or on a whim. We love the fact we can dine here and have an experience with little to no issues. We love having Juanito as our server! He's kind, professional, friendly and always makes the best drinks. He has really shown his personality with us and we sincerely appreciate that! To my embarrassment , my one year old knocked his food off the table and Juanito understood! As a new mom, things like that have us feeling so apologetic!! But I am appreciative that he was not annoyed and he also shared his experiences. He is always making us feel welcomed and I am so happy to write this review to praise him and his work ethic. Thanks to Nordstrom for hiring a wonderful individual such as Juanito. 5 stars for food, ambiance and of course... the amazing service— always! The food here is amazing. I have tried the mac & cheese and the salmon, and those are by far one of the two best dishes. They are also the most popular dishes. The prices for each dish is it like the teens. They also have a full bar if you wanna order any drinks. The waitresses are very kind, and if you wanted to start a conversation with them, they would surely chat along. The store itself very cute the store it looks like it's old fashion, but everything there is modern. The benches are cute. They have chairs and couches. They also have one big circle of a couch so you can have a family gathering if you wanted to. Not many people know about the store because it's in a corner in Northstorm. This place is very romantic, and is great for gatherings.

Not what I remember the last time I went to a Nordstrom Grill... a bit of a basic ambiance, but the food was not bad and our waitress was excellent. At least the one at Roosevelt Field still exists - some of the others have closed.

Service was very good. I had the shrimp tacos, which had a tiny amount of overcooked shrimp and the tortillas tasted like cardboard. The server did her best to accommodate by bringing out hard shells, which were worse. Lettuce in Caesar salad had brown spots. Ambiance was comparable to a holiday Inn breakfast buffet. One and done. Won't be back.

I received a friendly greeting upon arrival and received stellar service from Kenyatta throughout my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed the warm bread with olive oil, Ceasar Salad, Fish, and chips, and delicious bread pudding.

I enjoy Nordstrom Grille every time I go. The service is great. The food is great. It's rarely crowded. Their bread and tapenade I thoroughly enjoy each time I'm there. I've never had a bad meal there.

Poor quality food. Burnt over cooked chicken, wilted salad and stale bun. Over seasoned greasy slab of chicken served on a large bun that was impossible to eat. My husband had a substitution of chicken for the turkey sandwich on the menu. They claimed no turkey today. Greasy mayo concoction on the dry white toast. Too much garlic in the accompanying salad. A $50 meal that was a waste of time and $$$.
