I did a party of 12 today and the whole experience was amazing. Friendly staff and great food. One of the best places to do a brunch lots of choices for food and drink. Definitely coming back

I ordered the chicken parmigiana disappointed the chicken was tough. The cheese barely melt didn't taste good. The olive oil was rancid the bread was not fresh. The only thing that was good is the hummus appetizer.

Is a good place for casual dining and drinks service is good
Went there for cocktails. Drinks were ok, bartenders super nice. What baffled me was that my friend and I were charged $17 per cocktail, yet the ladies were somehow only paying $7 or $8 per drink because it was some sort of ladies happy hour evening on the night we went. For a restaurant to still do something like this in today's market is extremely low class. Don't even know how this isn't discriminatory but it left a really bad taste in my mouth and would never return.

I had lunch with a friend at Novita and enjoyed so much that I went back with my husband and another friend the following week. The food and service were excellent. They were very accommodating. The noise level was moderate but it was a weekday evening so not sure how noisy it can get on a weekend.

Every experience I've had eating at Novita has been five stars. I've ordered many items on the menu and they're all phenomenal. The service is perfect and the wait staff incredibly kind and patient.

Our experience at this restaurant was horrible. We got seated quickly, but that was about the only good thing. We were just handed menus with the little paper of the specials and when the waiter came over, he just introduced himself, but did not say are we celebrating anything or Even reading the specials or mentioning them. My wife needs to eat gluten-free due to a severe gluten sensitivity. We were given a gluten-free menu and she ordered off of that menu but after she ate the food that she ordered and specifically told the waiter and the manager that she was gluten-free, she had severe actions to the food, which could only be because there was gluten in it. We went to celebrate her 45th birthday and it turned into a really bad night. I would highly suggest if you have any food allergies to not go here. My meal was just OK. We will not be back.

Everything was good except for the service. We had to flag someone down or ask the bus staff when we needed something. We tried to look past it and enjoy our celebratory dinner, but it was hard to do. Unfortunately, nice decor and good food can't hide bad service.
