Placed an order at the drive in window and when I approached the window I had to repeat my order again bc they weren’t sure. Then when I wanted to scan my code on my Panera app they said the scanner wasn’t working but they could take my member # down so I repeated it 3x then gave up because apparently that wasn’t working.

I’m not sure what’s going on with the service lately, but the cashiers are rarely at the counter. They’re usually inside talking among themselves while customers are left waiting outside until they’re done and ready to take orders.
It’s frustrating and feels unprofessional.

Negative 100 stars!!! I must say i was very disappointed with the horrible service at this location. I was putting in an order at the register with the manager who did. Not want to be there. I asked him if i had any discounts once i gave him my number and he said no. I later found out i had a coupon. When i received the food they threw everyone bag around and was mean as if we were in a prison mess hall. Bread could knock someone unconscious it was so hard. This the worst Panera. No thank you !

I came to pickup my uber order I wait there minimum 20 minutes what the hell also the lady who live on counter have very rude behavior she have no manner how to talk with customer she doesn’t tell the exact time how long the order take I WILL NEVER COME THERE AGAIN

Wi-Fi connection is not available from 11:00 to 14:00. Also, it takes a very long time for the order to come out and they don't call your name so it is inconvenient to know when your order is ready. Worse than other stores.
