Served on a tray which made it look sparse. Bbq meats were good for me, tasty and not salty (usually saltier for me at other places). Prefer brisket not chopped though. Came with 2 sides (each serving was a bit small) and cornbread.

Do not eat here !!!!I found lil black bugs in my chicken noodle soup at first I thought it was a spice but I picked it out and it moved! So gross. Who knows what other of their food has bugs! Such a shame because I used to eat there all the time!

I visited this panera on 11/29 at around 2:30pm and was treated extremely rude and hostile by the team lead, Isabella. As soon as I walked up to the counter, my partner and I were made to feel extremely unwelcome by her facial expressions. As I looked at the menu to choose an item, she stepped back to the oven behind her and crossed her arms as if we were wasting her time and gave us a very nasty look when she asked if we wanted anything else, without us doing anything to her. When we walked away after ordering, my partner noticed her hostility continued as she turned her head to look at us in disgust. I have worked customer service my whole life and have never treated a customer this way. She represented the establishment and her position in the most unprofessional, unnecessary and hostile manner I have ever experienced. It’s in the best interest of this location to not have someone who treats customers this way at this location/register.
