First time at this location, and they lived up to the high standard I've become accustomed to at the other PB's I frequent. My doctor's office is across the street, and this is a great spot to relax, grab a bite, and down an espresso ? while charging my phone.Place is clean, staff is courteous, and the meal was done right. This will be my stop when I'm in that area.

I love Panera. But, what is the point in asking for a toasted bagel with butter, only to get a dry bagel back with hard butter cubes. We are to complete the kiosk with special instructions and I still was not able to eat my bagel. A lot of people eat on the run so it would help that you guys buttered our bagels. Thank you!

I bought a pick two. Working on the laptop they without warning shutdown the WiFi. The manager said all the paneras do that. Which I am sure that is not true. They used not even have it on at all till 2

They made it easy for me to stay there, and the price was very fair.

Wayyy overpriced. Most expensive place around!!! It's cheaper to go anywhere but here. Their prices are so high its outrageous. $20 for a small sandwich??? It's not even fresh and it's a franchise!! Unbelievable I'm shocked.

I try to avoid this place because of their counter worker Isabella. She sees you standing there waiting to order, but leaves you standing there for several minutes until she finally decides to take your order Once she finally comes to the counter, when I started giving her my phone number to sign in, she would not type it in but insisted that I enter it myself on their card which takes several tries. I've never seen another Panera like it. Employees at other Paneras (RVC, Carle Place, Bellmore) promptly and happily take your order. So unpleasant!

Their bathroom smelled so FOUL, no longer wanted food as this made me sick to my stomach, at least have an air freshener in there or something??
