BEST açaí bowl I have ever had! Never a disappointment. Their bagels are so soft and freshly baked. The store is very nice and the workers are kind! This is my favorite bagel place!

All the pancakes and French toast I've have were perfect for my sweet tooth I enjoyed everything I've had so far , only thing I'd wish for is them to use Halal meat so I can indulge in the other food items like the burgers and chicken cutlets, everything looks great and presentable always.

I ordered on DD. The bagel selection was a littke confusing ordering a dozen so I got 8 instead. Firstly I never give 5 stars but Im impressed. Lately the bagels and the food industry as a whole have been rather lack luster. I ordered 3 spreads strawberry, veggie and plain. Surprisingly they were whipped! Not hard and lumpy like most stores. All were very fresh and quite tasty. The veggie cream cheese was very good, carrots, bell peppers and maybe cucumbers? Perfect combo! Usually its scallions an radishes and the second you pull the lid back it smells like garbage. The bagels were excellent. I lightly toast my bagels. I ate 2 and they were not overly chewey. Most other stores would leave my jaw aching. All the items ordered an consumed were spot on! This was my first time ordering here and there will be many more. As long as the food is CONSISTENT.

They have amazing sandwiches and a GODLY crumb cake cold brew. Colleen is always on top of things and greets me every time I come in. She even remembers my order now too! 10/10 service, 10/10 food, 10/10 vibes. My go to breakfast place now.

Colleen is the best! Very attentive, always doubles checks the bags before going out. Extremely friendly. She makes my experience very pleasant, I always want to come back!

The bagel was rock hard on the outside and the store smelled weird. They charge the dreaded extra fee for credit cards. Bacon was overly greasy and salty. Service was attentive and fast. One and done.

UPDATE: The bagel was not cut in half all the way through, I had to rip apart the bottom piece with my hands. They did not serve it with a knife to cut the bagel all the way through. And, when eating it, it was not just “crispy” on the outside, it was rock hard and tasted like it was made with the wrong proportions of water and flour.

They made me a special sandwich that usually only Uniondale serves and it was amazing, the lady behind the counter balances everything amazingly. Quick service, super kind and the most amazing variety of lunch options for me and my co workers : )

I use to work by 7th and now I'm a bit further away but after months I decided one morning to go over to one of the stores. I see Pantano's and said let me check it out. Glad I did. I live in Queens and a deli like this is everywhere and have been working in GC for 5 yrs now and this is the first true deli/bagel around. It's very clean, nicely organized and the people who work there are awesome. Everything is very fresh and the bagels are NYC approved!! Finally a place that has it all. There are 2 other places similar (a bagel store and a deli) on the block and they are okay. Many days salads were not fresh and honestly they are not serving bagels maybe if you were born and raised on the island this is what you're use to but it certainly is not good. This morning I bought a few sandwiches and salads and when I got to work one sandwich was missing. I called, they had it but I couldn't come back to get it. Not a problem, they delivered it and I don't know if they normally offer delivery but clearly they are all for the customer and that makes a successful business! I wish them well and I'm sure they'll be there for quite some time. Thank you!

This bagel spot is the truth. I was in and out in 6 mins, and the sandwich with honey turkey was really good.

The Best! Thank you for gluten free bagels that are fresh, soft, and delicious. Staff is efficient, friendly, helpful.
