Love their bagels and quick delivery service!

-100/10 Worst bagel I had in garden city. Asked for a toasted everything with cream cheese and got a burnt sesame bagel. Made me wait 15 min for the bagel when other customers who order after me got their food before me.

OMG!! One of the best bagel/breakfast sandwiches I have had. I’m originally from NY, so when I come back up to visit, I always have to get a bagel. Well, this was my first time visiting Doz, because of a wedding in Garden City, and I needed to get my bagel. I looked up best bagels in the area and they popped up and I’m so glad I went. Absolutely delicious. Quick and friendly service. Highly recommend anybody who is visiting the area.

If you're gluten free I'd stay away. I ordered a gluten free bagel and they instead gave me a regular one and I have been suffering all day in pain due to their negligence. Never ordering here again.

Edit to answer the owner: You did not give me a gluten free bagel is my point. You gave me a standard regular bagel INSTEAD of the one I ordered.

I started going to Pantano’s Doz bagels since they first opened on Seventh street in Garden City. A fantastic addition to the Garden City community. The food is absolutely amazing! I specifically love their açaí bowls and egg sandwiches! Besides the top notch food, the staff members are extremely kind, courteous and always professional. If you are new to the area, work near by or just passing through Garden City, Pantano’s Doz bagels on Seventh street is definitely a great place to stop by for a delicious meal!

I've been coming in for orders for my staff recently, and it's been really frustrating. They consistently mess up the orders, and it's tough because I don’t always have time to check everything before I leave. As a result, my office ends up with incorrect orders on a regular basis.

Also, there's a staff member (she has light brown hair and seems to be in her late 30s) who comes across as quite aggressive and intimidating. I’m not sure if she's a manager, but her attitude is off-putting. In a business setting, getting the order right is crucial, especially for catering and larger orders. When things go wrong like this, it can really affect future opportunities, and I don’t think that’s something the restaurant should overlook when it comes to quality and customer service.

As a hairstylist, I interact with a lot of people, and I will be advising my clients to avoid this place until these issues are addressed. It's disappointing because it’s important to support local businesses, but quality service needs to be a priority.
