Absolutely love Paris Baguette! Besides the great coffee and pastries, the staff is incredibly kind. Ana gave me several suggestions of what the best pastries to try were and made me an excellent coffee. She was super sweet and helpful, I will definitely be coming back!

The most underwhelming PB I ever visited. I was there 7pm when the busy hour already passed. There is no line in front of me. I am ready to get the cake, but the cashier did not greet or say anything. She just looks at me and then gazed awayI started the conversation and told her I’d like to order two pieces of cake. Usually people will walk over to you as a polite gesture. The cashier stays at the checkout desk that is like 4 yards away from the cake window, and speak loudly to get the names of the cake from me. she missed the first one bcz she is far away and I had to say it twice.I do know that other PB shops usually have more people work at the same time, and have one person prepare cake and others just do the cashier. she might be busy working by herself. But I still feel the service is quite unprofessional.PB is a chain store that I visited for more than 10yrs. I am sure there is some SOPs and it won’t encourage people to shout the names of cakes to their customers

No general greetings first, and after customers paid, they either walked away directly or silently passed the food without saying anything, in a quite rude way. They just take it for granted that this location for sure always brings them a lot of customers, so no need to offer any basic service. Not recommended!

So glad Paris Baguette has expanded its locations!First location I went to was in Irvine, CA and immediately fell in love with this place.Location is Westbury is my favorite because of the fabulous Coco (manager) and her staff always greet you with a big smile, happy to offer suggestions and provide prompt assistance.Staff are attentive to make sure the dining area is clean.Great spot to treat yourself with a good coffee and pastry.So many sweet (croissant donuts, mochi donuts) or savory (pizzetta, pastry frankscurry croquettes, ham & cheese pastry) choices.The cakes are out of this world deliciously dreamy, each bite is rich and flavorful than you can easily and happily share a slice.If you're looking for a new spot in the new year for a special treat or spot you need go to Paris Baguette!
