absolutely delicious best poke ive had in ages

Place was nice and clean but the food wasn’t up to par compared to other Poke places I’ve been to. My colleague requested spicy mayo on his dish but they drizzled it all over mine instead. Good thing I didn’t mind it at all. That being said, it was a positive experience and price wasn’t bad either.

I had a really disappointing experience here

today. The woman making my salad had a terrible attitude and completely ignored my questions. I came in with my two-year-old and specifically asked for the food to be non-spicy since it was for my kid, but she seemed too rushed to care or listen. Her customer service skills were seriously lacking, making the whole interaction unpleasant. The salad itself was decent, but the poor service overshadowed everything. I won’t be back anytime soon.

This place would have been nice if it wasn’t for the customer service. I ordered extra tuna and they didn’t put it. I asked if the bowl and one of the staff said “where”? rudely. They looked it up and saw I paid for it, then added it. The food is overpriced also. Tuna Chirasi bowl with 2 oz more tuna cost me $28. I should have went to my local sushi spot instead.

We got 3 bowls with spicy salmon and spicy tuna. At first we thought there was no meat but looks like its supposed to be those two small scoops of mush. Did not taste like meat whatsoever extremely mushy never had poke without actual chunks of meat. And there was barely any meat at that. Called the store back and could not understand a word the lady was saying. Complete waste of money. SKIP this place.

The poke bowl i received was freshly made with amazing spices. And the portion was enough for two people to share. Or you can have the whole portion yourself. They had nice selection of drinks as well. In between shopping you can stop by and eat here or grab it to go. Really impressed with attention and service. Although I missed a bubble tea. All other poke stations served bubble tea. I hope they will get bubble tea as well it's nice and refreshing during heatwave. Overall I am happy.

Back for visit second time. The food is amazingly as previously mentioned. However no Bubble Tea. I really wish for them to make Bubble Teas.

Enthusiastic service for a fresh, spicy poke bowl. Very tasty (I ordered it spicy, you can get no spice). Nice selections on the menu, easy parking, good location too.

Everything here so fresh! Been comng here over 2yrs my trust always with pokefrisee for freshest fishes in poke. Best pokebowls you can get for decent coin. Especially all staff friendly. Feels at home. And im welcomed. Thank you guys

Ordered from here and they completely messed up my order. Ordered white rice protein bowl and they gave me a bowl filled with spring mix. Extremely disappointed.

Great spot for quick lunch in the best of shopping area. Sushi is so fresh and the sauces are great!

High quality fish and very friendly customer service, went with my girlfriend last weekend. we only had a hard time with finding seating but this was RFM after all

We used to love this place. Things have drastically changed here. We went in on 11-23-24 and ordered two poke bowls. The portion size for two and three fish servings are way too small. The poke shop that I typically go to in the city by my office gives me double the portion. I asked for some seaweed salad and they barely gave me any. I asked for some more seaweed salad and they wanted to charge me for extra. Never have I been charged for a normal size of toppings that are included with the bowl. They filled the bowl up halfway and were cheap with even cucumbers. $38.00 for two bowls and you can’t even fill the bowls up?
