An excellent overall experience and I will be back! The ribeye was one of the best I've had anywhere. First class attention at the bar with great cocktails to compliment the steak. Treat yourself to a great meal at Primehouse!
Food was average at beat. It did not match the price or ambiance. Drinks were good but overpriced. Staff were all very nice. Overall, we have had better at less expensive establishments.
I walked in with my date and was greeted with a smile and a compliment by the maitre de. It was truly a nice night from beginning to end.
Food was great and service was excellent! Steve greeted and seated us. Our server Jaime was very attentive to us.
Service attentive. Ordered porterhouse for 2. .only complaint we wanted medium and steak had to be refired. Steak was rare, not even medium rare But the taste was excellent

Ordered a filet medium and it came out medium-well... disappointed! Service is outstanding!!Really wanted to like this place, but overall just an OK experience.
Birthday dinner for a friend. Ordered the porter house for 2. 159$ Ordered it med well, still wanted to see pink. the filet part was grey BUT edible. the rest of the steak was so fatty that you couldn't chew it. huge waste of money and a disappointing dinner. waiter, chef and manager knew and said and did nothing. manager never came over to table and when we asked waiter if he spoke to chef he simply said yes. Never recommending or going again. carol b
Dinner consisted of white wine, Romaine/crab salad, marinated steak, coffee, Salad dressing was outstanding, steak was cooked exactly as requested and delicious, as was the accompanying asparagus and mash potatoes. Expensive, as you would expect at a steakhouse. Service was friendly and truly excellent.👍👍👍
We always enjoy it here! Nick is a wonderful server who always remembers his guests and makes them feel at home! Really appreciate his service on our date nights!

Excellent experience. Atmosphere was so nice. Service was excellent. Beautiful decor with an upscale atmosphere of comfort and warmth. Nice lighting. Food was delicious. We had delicious drinks and tasty appetizers. Tuna and prime rib were 10/10. Desserts were delightful. Highly recommended.

Beautiful restaurant, however service didn’t match the price point. Twice I had to stack empty plates to be cleared, waited a long time to order, and napkin wasn’t folded upon returning from the rest room. The food was delicious! We had oysters and took advantage of the surf and turf special… we weren’t told it included sides so we ordered Brussels which were a miss. Too much sauce very burnt and very sweet. The frozen key lime soufflé was delicious but definitely not a soufflé. This was my second time here and will go back with hopes of more refined service.

The restaurant is subtle and elegant Decor is understated but beautiful. The wait staff is courteous and friendly. Their training and experience is evident. The food was terrific. We both had the filet mignon with Brussel sprouts and mushrooms. Outstanding! It's a five star restaurant. I just wonder why some customers come in looking like they are going to the supermarket. Sweatshirts jeans etc. Not classy Maybe a dress code is in order.
Prime was a very disappointing experience for my husband and myself. We were there to celebrate his 75th birthday. We ordered our drinks, and both started with the lobster bisque. I ordered a queen cut prime rib and my husband ordered a 10oz filet mignon medium. He distinctly told the waiter he wanted it cooked pink inside. He also ordered a side of cream spinach since nothing comes with the filet. The steaks came out and his filet was well done, (very over cooked). The waiter apologized and said he would have them cook another one. While we are waiting, my food and his side are getting cold. The next steak comes out completely raw inside. Again, waiter apologized and said they would sear it again and my husband said no he wasn't going to wait a third time. My food was now cold. The manager finally comes over and says he will take the steak off the bill, we don't have to pay for it. Of course we are not paying for it, he didn't eat it. They did absolutely nothing to compensate us for ruining our meal and our celebration. My husband called two days later to speak with the manager Steve, who puts my husband on hold and the phone was then disconnected. Needless to say, we will never go back to this restaurant.
everything was great from start to finish, food was really good our server nick was really good my girlfriend and i had a great time
