To begin, Each table in the restaurant has a QR code and some people in our party ordered using it. Our server came over and seemed annoyed that we used that method of ordering and it created confusion for us. We then waited for the server to take our order.
When we got our first round of drinks but it took forever to get a second round. Our server wasn’t attentive. The restaurant was practically empty so it simply got annoying. Every time we needed something we would have to ask another server or bus person to get our server.
Towards the end of our dining experience, it became very apparent that our server didn’t care how our table was doing. So we had to ask the bus person for our check. Just like that our server magically appeared and informed us that she didn’t charge us a gratuity for our table. We decided to tip 15% for the lack of service but still being fair. To our surprise, our server came back and demanded a bigger tip. She essentially said to tip the 20% that she didn’t include in the bill. A real shakedown.
Very shocking behavior from someone who checked on us two times in the 2 hours we were there, had a lack of enthusiasm, and genuinely made us feel like we were bothering her.
Hey, but at least the food and atmosphere were good though.

This was the worst sauerbraten I have ever eaten. Tasteless, no spices,no salt, dry ,the red cabbage was very vinegar, it was impossible to eat. I send the dish back,but they did not take it off the bill. Very disappointing. Won't recommend.

Good spot, but the bartender, Chyna is a bit moody. A lot of PDA at the end of the bar with her boyfriend who hangs out there and drinks and kind of creates an awkward tension. She thinks everyone is into her and gets angry when the bar is crowded because everyone’s having a good time and she’s not. Sad. Because if she didn’t work there it would be a much more fun place and I would rate it 5 stars all the way around

What a pleasant surprise! Really enjoyed visiting Prost for a late lunch this past week. We're always looking for different restaurants that aren't the same ole thing... figured we'd try this spot out and happy we did! The food was great - Maple Sriracha Wings were quite possibly in the top ten best wings I've had... flavor profile was set and spicy with a perfect snap in the bite! Perfectly sauced, not overdone - perfect. The Brats were delicious as well, we did the three for $30 which also came with two fresh pretzel rolls, as well as two very tasty potato pancakes (homemade apple sauce took them over the edge - well played). The waitress was fantastic and the perfect guide to the menu. We also had the Apple Strudel, which was off the charts! Highly recommended. The ONLY issue... that Backlot is AWFUL. Steer clear of parking there... it almost discouraged us from our otherwise perfect visit. Again, I'd recommend highly.

This was the worst sauerbraten I have ever tasted. Dry and they did not include potato balls but instead specialities which were horrible. I was very anxious to experience this restaurant with my friends but it was Very disappointing. Leave Out The Old Spice!!

Great soccer bar. Food was fantastic and the "ace cider" was really good as well. I tried the cheddar wurst and the bauern, both were great but make sure you get the potato pancakes as your side, you will not regret that decision.
