Very busy and popular mall. It has lots of premium and luxury brands here as well as popular department stories like Macy’s, Bloomingdales’s, Dicks and Nordstrom. Tons of parking for free. A great mall that seems to be still alive while many falter and die. It’s always a nice experience to be here.

If zero stars was an option, I’d leave ZERO. The store has garbage clothing and their customer service is horrible. So basically they have a policy where you can only go into a fitting room with seven items. My daughter went in and I proceeded to get back on a line with 20 people because clearly they don’t have enough dressing room available (this was on a Tuesday afternoon), and after I finished waiting on the line and my daughter came out of the dressing room, they told me I could not give her the clothing because that’s their policy. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time. Go to stores that sell quality products and spend a little extra money. Seriously, The manager told me to call corporate, which is in China. The entire experience was cheap. They were blasting club music, and even the younger girls were getting annoyed with it. This place is a prime example of the watered-down customer service we are expected to tolerate from these corporations.
The Roosevelt field parking is a huge space for parking and it's safe and clean . The mall is a good place with lots of stores to shop . I don't have to worry about parking going to that mall . Restaurants and juice bars and restrooms are available too.

They have a really nice Bloomingdale’s in this mall. The styles at Bloomingdale’s are great and prices are fair for the quality! I have been coming to this mall for a very long time and always find plenty of parking!

The variety of stores is nice. It includes a primark. The mall runs hot on a hot day. Overrun with kids on the weekend. No eat in restaurants.
