Ruth's Chris Steak House

Fantastic. We were going out of our comfort zone and splurging at Ruth Chris's. We ordered from the special $55 menu and added extras. So wonderful!

Our server Rita was absolutely amazing!!! The food was phenomenal and the staff was very kind and gracious. I plan on going back in the near future!

Everything was great except my steak wasn't cooked correctly. I was offered another steak but I declined. I would dine here again I just pray that the steak is cooked correctly next time.

I've been coming here for almost 9 years at least 1-2x a year and the service and experience has declined over time. I requested a corner table/booth almost 3 weeks prior to my actual reservation date and that was not honored. They could have easily seated the later reserved parties at our table, or parties who didn't request a specific seating at our table that was literally directly in the middle of the dining room. And about 10/15 mins after we sat down, I seen corner table/booths become available. Food was delicious as always, but things like being offered cracked pepper for our salads didn't happen. The food service didn't really flow like it normally does and the wait time in between courses was pretty long. There was also a lot of offensive chatter from a large party next to us, which didn't help create a true elegant dining experience. To the restaurants defense, it seemed like a busy night but nothing that they probably haven't handled/seen before. Going to be giving here a rest for now.

Great food and wine pairing. The Caymus Cabernet 2023 with the filet mignon was outstanding and I would definetely do it again!

First experience at Ruth Chris's was really awesome. Food was very good as I had the prime steak, lobster mac, roasted Brussels and bbq shrimps as an appetizer. The waiter named Chris was really great with answering all questions and accommodating any needs that took place with the meals. Would definitely return for another experience.

The service at Ruth's Chris is top notch. We had a reservation but arrived a little early. We were seated immediately. We sat at a nice booth for 2 which was very comfortable. Enough room on the table for everything and not crowded at all. The backs are high enough as to not disturb those behind us and vice versa. Ordered the petite filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection (medium). Very tender. Au gratin potatoes and asparagus as sides fit very well with the meal. Started off with the onion soup. Theirs has swiss cheese instead of the traditional Gruyère cheese. The cheese does make a difference. Drinks were large and service was very quick when we needed refills.This is a very good steak house. You get what you pay for and it is well worth it.

Poor service, steak was very salty. Will not recommend this place.

Nice decor, mood lighting, clean comfort station

The wait staff (Nakita?) so pleasant and attentive. I don’t have the other staff names but everyone was so nice and attentive from the time we walked in to the time we left.

Now onto the food…

The stuffed chicken breast and the NY Strip Steak cooked to perfection… and served piping hot.

The sides were perfect portioned-enough for 2 people (potatoes/creamed spinach mushrooms). If I could make one suggestion— offer sautéed spinach???

Music was at a comfortable level. The dining area filled in nicely and you could hear a pin drop. It was such a lovely experience.

Everything was amazing . Sat at a booth in the bar area and the bar team was amazing . Vibe was great and was able to meet the GM . We will be back

I always enjoy the stuffed chicken at Chris. It’s the only steakhouse that I go to and order chicken because I’m a really big steak fan. But this stuffed chicken? I can’t leave there without ordering it. 5 stars every time! I ordered a steak from here before and it was decent/good. Definitely not the best I ever had, but the chicken is always the way to go.

My biggest negative that I have about this place is that the alcoholic drinks are all on the sweet/WATERED-DOWN side. I don’t usually come across steakhouses that serve weak drinks, but I’ve been here a few times and that has been a consistent part of my experience so I’ll probably just stop ordering alcoholic beverages from here altogether. Especially if they are premium priced, I think that there should be a decent amount of liquor in there.

Other than that, I recommend the stuffed chicken always give it a try!

I like the ribeye very much and enjoy the Chilean sea bass with garlic. I like the mushroom with crab meat as always if it’s more sizzling it’ll be better. Sweet potato mashed tastes good

I had a fantastic experience and our waiter was amazing. He was patient, answered all our questions and made sure we got everything we wanted. My steak was perfect and the ambience was phenomenal.
