I usually do not write in but I have to say I could not enjoy my meal here. Every 10 min someone was interrupting my dinner . Al least 4 different people . Is everything all right , can I take this away it was so annoying it got to the point I said I will wave over when I need anything just to stop it. And I had to say that twice. Not for me .

For a $71 ribeye... disappointed. Fatty, chewy, tough, undercooked (requested medium rare and got raw). If a steakhouse can't cook a proper steak, I'll go to McDonald's. The highlights were the crab cakes and Ed our server. He was a delight and made our meal pleasurable. Management..feel free to refund me for 2 Ribeyes.

Okay so I hate to write reviews because it's not who I am at all. But yesterday I went on a date with my boyfriend and the bill was about $290 and we were very displeased. First of all, we walked in around 5pm with no reservation, granted, but while the restaurant was empty, we were seated in the bar area served by the bartender Andres. It was clear that Andres was overworked because he was tending to his full bar alone, as well as responsible for the service drinks of the rest of the restaurant, and responsible for our booth as well. I've bartender for a few years and served for a few more years. That being said, I really value the service industry and its workers but, our "server" never checked up on us, never offered to replenish our water, nor our alcoholic beverages. We had to flag him down 20 minutes after completing our appetizers to order our entrees and had to wait 30 minutes after finishing our first round of drinks to order a second round. Mind you the restaurant is nearly EMPTY. The Manger did not check up on us until the last 10 minutes of our dining experience to even discuss our experience. If you're going out to dinner to spend $300 plus 20% + tip, you expect good service. All in all, I am disappointed, will not recommend & will not return.

I generally enjoy my experience at Ruth's Chris; however, on this special occasion, it definitely fell short of expectations. We were a party of 6 and throughout the evening, 1 of the 6 meals and beverages did not arrive at the table at the same time. First it was my drink, then it was my entree. The mojitos tasted like seltzer water; the coffee was cold. The final straw was my entree. I didn't receive my entree until the rest of our party was almost finished eating. By the time my food came, I no longer wanted to eat it; I opted to take it home. Our server David did his best to fix the experience. Unfortunately, the celebration of my daughter's 17th birthday was not what I expected. For the amount of money spent, the experience was lackluster.

The food was/is pretty decent. I usually get the petit filet with shrimp. I enjoyed their mashed potatoes, as I generally do. I find the mac and cheese to always be too watery. My husband enjoyed the sea bass. The reason for my 3-star food rating was the steak. Petit filets are small, and I think it should be easy to prepare those well done. However, both were pink, and one much more than the other. I sent one back, and it came back pretty quickly. In my opinion, it was too quick. The server, who was very lovely throughout the evening, returned with the steak, and stated their ovens get pretty hot. I assumed it was placed in the oven for a couple of minutes. Unfortunately, it was too quick, because it was largely still pink. I didn't send it back a second time. I ate where I could, and left the rest. That experience for me, was disappointing. However, we went for my husband's birthday, and he enjoyed his dinner, so that was ultimately good enough for me, hence the overall 4-star rating.

For almost 900$ mashed potato should not be from a box. Crab cakes overdone a tbottom, Pinot Grigio raste like bottle was opened for a long time. Tables too close. Overall no value for money spent

One of our favorite steak restaurants. The food is wonderful, and the menu has great variety. The bread pudding is great - and I'm very picky about my bread pudding!

It started a little rough with the service in the beginning but it got better later on. I had the prime cowboy ribeye steak and it was not as tender as I anticipated. I have bought prime steak to cook at home before and it was more tender. Beside that everything else was not bad. Their lobster Mac and Cheese is good.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible. There is a ramp.

RC's food is always delicious. I was a tad confused about the location and weren't aware that it was inside an office building. However, it's a great location and good to wind down after a day of shopping at the Roosevelt Field mall. Our server Haydee was very friendly and suggested food from the menu. She kept checking on us to make sure we were okay. This was my first time at this location after the one in the city closed. I would definitely return.

The food was horrible. We sent back seafood tower as the shrimp and lobster were yellow due to going bad. We both got sick. Used to be a great place, now it's like fast food. Never again.

The place looks beautiful. The food was really good . I had a major issue with the tables . They were so close to each other that the wait staff were bumping into every chair and every table . Getting up to go to the bathroom is not an easy task .

Lack of respect for Veterans. My Husband was not permitted to wear Veterans hat while people are wearing tee shirts, jeans and sweats, etc. Very overpriced for what you are given. The food is just average.
