0 stars if i could my son has special need problems and the cashier told my cousin to tell my kid to stop screaming and gave the nastiest attitude and was asking everyone if they were okay like the actual heck thats how u treat little kids if you dont know what kids might have dont be discriminating them and customers giving my son the looks good thing i didnt hear her say that to my son.... disrespectful

I come to this Starbucks so often I’m starting to think the Mango Dragonfruit Refresher is my soulmate. It’s fruity, it’s fabulous, and it gives me just enough energy to function like a semi-responsible adult. Izzy, the manager, is an actual legend like if sunshine wore an apron and ran a coffee shop. The baristas? Icons. They know my order, my name, and probably what kind of day I’m having based on how frantically I walk in. 12/10, would sell my last brain cell for another Refresher.

Since this location completed it's most recent store update/renovation, any sense of coziness or that traditional cafe feel is completely lost. This is no cafe. It's basically fast food coffee.
I see so many 1 star reviews and this location still gets overall 4.1 google review. How? Izzy was extremely rude and had no consideration to talk politely to a customer with a 2 year old. If manager is so rude what can you expect from the team.

Placed smelt like sewage and humidity when you walk in and the coffee was poorly made. The other Starbucks nearby the Roosevelt field mall is significantly better, I recommend going there if you have the option to for a better experience.
