I love the environment. The delivery people congregating in the front of the shop and homeless persons in and out, panhandling while people are trying to relax is annoying, tho.

Great people working there! However, the manager is pathetic. Taso is vile and incapable of being a manager. Clear cut discrimination against his workers, and that’s from a customer perspective. I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes. Good luck to the crew, he looks like a lot to deal with.

Third day in one week they are opening late.

The team member that took our order was amazing. The Barista that made our drink made all three disgusting. I ordered two brown sugar shaken express, very easy drink to make. I received mines that tastes like water and a espresso shot. My daughter’s own tasted like only oat milk. My Dwight frozen açaí lemonade was horrible also. Very disappointed here. The baristas were more focused on talking than focusing on the drinks. They tasted like all rush drinks. How do you fill a venti glass with ice then add the brown sugar and other ingredients. Not all the ice goes in the cup. Worst tasting brown sugar shaken espresso and lemonade. They should do better and be more customer focused.

I was having a little bit of a rough morning. As the morning went on I went for my morning coffee like I do every morning, and Melissa helped me at the register. I got my coffee left and as I crossed the street I spilled my entire cup. I went back into the store and got back on line to pay for another one. Taso saw me get back on line and asked me what happened. I explained to him what happened and he proceeded to give me another exact drink at no extra charge. This is my Starbucks location as I know a majority of the employees and they know me as well. Great team, great atmosphere regardless if they’re busy or not!
