I ordered a non dairy sweet cream cold brew and I was given cold foam instead and when I asked the barista to remake it, she just threw out the cold foam and tried to make my coffee in that same cup. When I asked them to remake it because it was incorrect, the barista told me “you need to wait 5 minutes”. I got my cold brew and then I tasted it and it was straight up bitter. It’s upsetting that my coffee was incorrect three times and then being given attitude, it’s not my fault that my order was incorrect so many times. Never coming back to this location ever again.

Absolutely rudest 2 employees ever! Been ordering the same cup of coffee for 25 years and when they mess it up and I ask for it the correct way, they blame me. the “manager” tries to gaslight me like it’s my fault. I’m not disgruntled but a loyal Starbucks customer and have to point out that I couldn’t feel less appreciated as a customer at this location. Very unfortunate that 2 employees care more about themselves than the customers. Simply own up to it. Everyone makes mistakes, myself included.

Ordered a frozen lemonade and got regular lemonades. When we told them we asked for frozen the cashier rudely said that we didn’t ask for frozen. We always get the frozen ones, never regular. The barista didn’t have an issue fixing it but the cashier was rude about it.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Walked in with my dog ordered coffee and food and sat down to wait. 3 minutes later a rude employee advised me that “no dogs” were allowed. I pointed out that (1) there is no sign on the door (2) you should have mentioned it before I placed my order. Will never come back to this location again!!!
