don’t come here they kicked out a service dog who was trying to help its owner and they proceeded to yell at 6 people to take the dog out.manager was SO RUDE TO EVERYBODY.

Staff was unfriendly and impatient. The person who took our order kept sighing whenever we asked her to repeat something we didn’t catch, asked her for the bathroom code after another person on staff told us the wrong code, and when my mom was trying to redeem her free drink. And my matcha is bad. Super disappointing.

As soon as you walk in they greet you with a smile and good morning/ afternoon. I received kind messages on my cup as “ Have a great day” or a smile. Very pleasant atmosphere from the time u walk in and leave. Love the hospitality A*. ❤️

Extremely Disappointing Service Experience

This isn’t the first time I’ve waited over 20 minutes for my order, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently frustrating. While customers are pulling up and clearly waiting, the staff appears more focused on socializing than working efficiently. I observed multiple employees walking over to one another just to chat, with no sense of urgency or consideration for the growing line.

What’s more disappointing is that even the manager—who was taking orders—showed no urgency in addressing the backlog or guiding the team to move faster.

I have a great deal of respect for food service workers, but being unprofessional and visibly disrespectful in front of customers is unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and implements changes to improve the customer experience.

I came to order a drink but had to use the bathroom. The barista told me that I need to order first and I said I have to pee, responded with such attitude and told another barista to “go help him” what the hell is that? I peed and left, a customer should be treated with dignity and respect. Period, mentally ill and disturbed people who are lazy should not have attitudes with customers. They should have their feet kissed for spending money at the very store that employees them.

I come here often and thought I should give this location their credit, I come here a lot before I go to work; I visualize the area a lot, I go to this location consistently for over 6 months by now and they never disappoint. My drinks are always on point, they even wrote multiple times a thankyou, they bless my day or for me to enjoy it. Seeing how hard and busy they could be they still take time to properly focus on each customer. these employees are very genuine, hard workers, a great cleaning environment and honorable customer service. It is a fast paced environment, they get through lines fast & efficiently. I love coming here, im comfortable enough to sit and do my schoolwork work and studies here for as long as I need to while I enjoy my drink. Great service & bless all the staff.🙌🏼

I work from different Starbucks locations several times a week, and this one has friendly staff and plenty of seating, which makes it a good spot to get work done. However, the bathroom cleanliness is hit or miss.

Today, I asked for an ice water and was told I needed to make a purchase to get one. I pointed to my table, where I already had a drink and my laptop. This has never been my experience at any Starbucks in the last six years. If there is now a charge for water due to inflation, I believe it would be more helpful to communicate that clearly rather than requiring a purchase.

This experience was disappointing, and I hope Starbucks provides more consistency in its policies across locations.
