Honestly, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks. The manager, Rosetta, was very rude. She clearly doesn’t care about her workers or the customers. I saw her talking down to her employees like she was better than everyone, and it made the whole vibe uncomfortable. He attitude and no respect for anyone around her. I’ve never seen someone in charge be so mean and unprofessional. If this is the kind of person they’re putting in charge, I don’t want to come back to this location. Starbucks can do better.

Ordered a very simple drink (mocha) and it came out terribly here, totally not the right recipe that I'm used to tasting everywhere else I get it. Waste of $6

This place sucks , took so long for a drink and this new lady charged me an extra dollar. I did not ask for Extra mango dragon fruit base. I just said Can I get Mango dragon fruit refresher lemonade with no ice. Why charge me the extra dollar? But also I had a deal for $3 hand crafted drink and they said they don’t participate in it but when I ordered online the deal could be applied. This is a rip off . $3 turned into $9 🤦♀️ I also told a lady that no one was sitting in the chair and they took the entire chair and tables with them.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! On 3 separate occasions in the past week, it has taken 30+ minutes for one singular drink. I work here in this mall, so I try to get coffee on my break. I pre-order my coffee before I take break, so I can run into Macy's and grab the coffee. I was given an ETA of 10-13 minutes by the app, only for me to take my break once the ETA is up, to find out they still haven't made the coffee. It took an additional 30 minutes of waiting outside Starbucks for them to make one singular latte. 45 minutes TOTAL, for ONE LATTE. Absolutely terrible starbucks

If you come on the weekend, expect to wait 35 minutes for a drink. This was the second weekend we came here and waited over half an hour despite ordering ahead of time. My drink wasn’t even made right but I didn’t have another half hour to wait for it to be fixed. The workers are spread too thin, they need more employees for the high demand.

They dont have good customer service
If I could I would give zero stars to this coffee shop with such rude people that sell Starbucks coffee. I was a loyal client until today, since I live close to the mall and I often come here. I rather to go Gregory’s coffee from now on, I don’t know who is the manager of this Starbucks in 2nd floor of Macy’s but your stuff is very rude and treat customers with such disrespect and this is not first time. You lost one more customer today.
