I’ve been coming here ever since I started my first semester and have had ok experiences but I have to say I am very disappointed with my most recent. I think it is absolutely absurd and stupid that you cannot pay with a linked credit card on the Starbucks app. It’s the exact same thing as just inserting your credit card ( Whats the difference). It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever and it’s honestly really frustrating. Also service is TERRIBLE, sometimes it takes me about a half an hour to get my drink. I don’t recommend to new students who are attending the campus.

This is the worst Starbucks ever. With 8 employee’s behind the counter, and sometimes NOBODY waiting on line, you WILL be waiting for your order for at least 25 minutes. This was the scenario when I went in a few days ago. 1 person ahead of me. No one came to take her order; the poor girl waited for about 10 minutes before they had even realized she had been standing there. Forget the one guy with glasses, passive aggressive to the customers, makes 20 food orders at once, totaling 10 minutes, making everyone late to class. No one does their job, they all have attitude, all scrolling on their phones, and will make sure to ruin your day. You may as well go somewhere else to get coffee and a bite to eat. Not worth going to this garbage hole. Stay away from here. Also not to mention - the unprofessionalism; as they don’t wear their uniforms. They wear baseball hats, anything except for the required attire. It creates a sense of informality and discomfort, completely disregarding the standard Starbucks guidelines, and experience that is normally provided.

I love that Ncc got a Starbucks on campus however the service there is very interesting. My ice coffee had literal coffee grounds still on the bottom…

Having a Starbucks on campus is amazing but not when it doesn’t uphold the Starbucks standards. It’s clean. But both times I gave my regular drinks a try, it failed.

Definitely make sure you have nowhere important to be after ordering from here because they’ll take forever to make your drink or food. Food and drink tasted mediocre, not like the real Starbucks deal.

All the employees in this Starbucks are very attentive and sweet ! and the atmosphere is great. Carmela is very hard working and is always looking out to see if everyone got their order and if they are satisfied. ( I always find myself coming back here)

You NEED patience to go here they talk and play to much! Took 30min to make a black iced coffee and a Moldy sandwich! I can’t believe they are serving this!

Staff is terrible, they do not acknowledge a customer too busy talking with each other. I waited over 5 mins before my presence was acknowledged, they put in the wrong order didn’t give me what I ordered and then wanted to charge me to reorder and staff complained about remaking my order. An easy coffee order and the staff drama was ridiculous

I went to this location today and was ignored while the staff socialized for quite a while and there wasn’t any other customers in the store. The manager had to tell them to take my order. The cashier told the girl what size coffee I wanted but it turns out she rang it up wrong and I correct the girl making it that it was supposed to be a venti and I even heard the cashier tell you a venti. The barista told me well you need to go back to the cashier and pay the difference before I even try to fix it. There wasn’t an apology or anything just an attitude. At this point I was frustrated and said don’t bother and walked out with my drink that was the wrong size.

Every barista I have interacted with here was extremely nice and courteous. I have had nothing but good experiences at this Starbucks. Even when I order ahead and the unfortunate occurance happens that my drink gets stolen, they don't hesitate to remake it for me. Everyone here deserves a raise, especially the black ladies at the front.

I swear they don’t know what cold foam is because they just put whipcream. every time i’ve ordered it they never got it right. cold foam costs extra and i don’t even get it
