I would not know how the food tastes because apparently it is hard to count items as you place them in a bag. I placed my order through seamless and surprise surprise... my order was not included, not to mention no utensils were provided. It's like I did not even select to include them with the order. However I tried to call the restaurant and was thrown from one place to another without ever actually getting the chance to speak with a team member. Definitely go in person if you want to patron this establishment because then, they may get it right. Maybe they have automated systems that serve you... who knows. On top of that, I selected the option to add chicken with a fish taco dish and they completely removed the fish and had the gall to charge $25? Absolute waste of time and money.

***UPDATE*** Thank fully Seamless refunded my order. However, I should have taken my missing order as a sign. I re-ordered my food and boy did it disappoint. Not only was the "hot" food ice cold but I got like 3 slices of sweet potato. I mean I should not complain considering I actually got chicken, unlike my order mates but I cannot fathom how this place stays in business. There are so many better options on 7th in Garden City, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this "restaurant".

Half empty salad bowl. Literally half the bowl was empty. Some veggies and a few pieces of chicken for $20? Trash.

I ordered the miso glazed salmon bowl and the salmon was missing! They forgot to put it and i ordered it on uber eats. It took about an hour long and there’s no way to contact someone from sweet greens. Never will order from here again.

I ordered through Uber - when my delivery arrived all 3 orders were barely filled. Entirely small portions and not to mention the food was COLD-not worth the price. I’ve visited other sweet green locations. This one is by far the worst experience.

READ THE OTHER REVIEWS!! This isn’t just me?!Terrible experience DO NOT GO! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM APP. I ordered a salmon meal and it came unsealed and worst of all without the salmon. 0/10 will not return and do not recommend. Also they have this annoying phone answering service. Just pay people to answer the phone.

I ordered on DoorDash. The right name is on the receipt but the entire wrong salad is on there? What I hate about this store is ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THE STORE. You need to be able to call the store if you have allergies or order issues. This is beyond ridiculous. I take medication before eating and I time it with when the order was coming and now the medication will be sitting in me for an hour since I had to re order my food

This is probably one of the worst locations of Sweetgreen in the history of takeout restaurants. They have consistently provided me with a horrible experience with EVERY order I’ve made from here.

Once, I ordered a miso salmon bowl. $25 and 45 minutes later, I opened my bowl to find just white rice, that’s it. We ordered again today to give the location another chance, 5 bowls, 1 side, $102. We received our bag with 1 bowl and 1 side, and 0 shame from their employees.

With my boyfriends bachelors degree in business management, I have some easy feedback that would make this restaurant better
1. Retrain your employees - when you hire someone that’s going to fill a bowl with just rice and close the lid, you know there’s something wrong with either the hiring or the training operations here. Please just make the bowl normally
2. Delegate someone who’s responsible for just providing the right bags of food to the delivery drivers, they have no way of checking.
3. If none of these can be fixed, just cut your prices by at least in half. The real heartbreaker is that this is a very high cost restaurant providing this bad of an experience.
