I just got my sushi and I hate to say it but this is probably the worst sushi I’ve ever had in my life. We were going to order from prime but I said let’s try this place since it had 4.6 stars.

Very disappointed about food!
I was admittedly a bit let down. The quality of the sushi isn't there. Chewy, a bit fishy. Everything else fine. Sushi is a delicacy. If you are not seeking the highest quality fish, you are in the wrong business.
While there are few standouts, if any, on Long Island, you'll likely find better options in the area at the same price point.

Taku is a fantastic sushi spot! The staff are incredibly accommodating and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience. The food is outstanding, especially the salmon tataki, which is a must-try. The outdoor seating is a lovely bonus. Highly recommend!

Taku Asian is an absolute gem! The Malaysian fried rice was rich and flavorful, the fried rice steak hibachi is perfectly seasoned is top-tier. The ambience is warm and inviting, the staff is attentive and friendly, and the food is nothing short of exceptional. Whether you’re a first-timer or a regular, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend!
