Absolutely love going here but would love to see a change of their toppings. Some suggestions would be cheesecake bites, waffle cones, chocolate covered pretzels. Otherwise it’s the best froyo spot on the island

First time coming to this shop and I immediately came upon overhearing one of the employees openly discussing inappropriate content that others may hear and feel uncomfortable with. It's not appropriate to expressively discuss political subjects where there is a flux of customers of all different settings. It is also a dessert shop. It can affect business and there is a time and place to where such things can be discussed. Unprofessional...EDIT: While this is a free speech country, Tolerance should be practiced in the workplace despite the customer or employee initiating. This includes having safe conversations. Lack of professionalism.

The shop is clean, presentation is good and workers are nice. I would have liked to see more fresh cut fruit available as toppings. For flavors, I had the pistachio, Italian tart and white chocolate mousse. The pistachio was the best out of the three. Growing up, my mom and I would get the white chocolate mousse at a local TCBY and it was the best. This did not taste like I remembered which was a little disappointing, but I am referring to over twenty years ago. I wouldn’t be surprised if they changed the recipe.

Love the froyo! And the mochi! we try to come weekly! This visit I tried the pumpkin mixed with the pistachio! Delicious! They keep the place clean, you see them constantly wiping stuff down and rearranging things!Usually the service is great occasionally there's a guy in there that isn't very friendly but everybody else is nice so I ignore him and continue to return!

Here's the thing. I grew up on TCBY. I was obsessed. I miss the good old days of frozen yogurt. These DIY places are a total rip off. I don't need to put on my own toppings and get charged $10 for not much product. I want the old parfait sundae in the flute and be charged a reasonable price for it. The yogurt is still good, so there's that, but I just can't justify the absurd pricing.

This review is being written after several visits and noticing a pattern. I have gone in the afternoon and at night (not anywhere close to closing time) and every time I’ve gone, the workers are extremely rude and try to rush you. After you pour out your froyo and move over to the toppings station, as soon as you try to lift a spoon, a worker is there ready to rudely fix the spoon as if we’re being a nuisance by giving them our business. One time, a worker touched my hand as I was reaching for the spoon, what is wrong with you guys? You can’t wait till somebody leaves to fix it? This place is empty majority of the times I’ve gone. I could understand fixing all the spoons after I get to the end of the line but as I’m making my order, it’s extremely rude and just bad business etiquette.The froyo is decent, topping selection is good, which is why I gave it 2 stars. But will easily run you $12 just for a normal serving. You don’t know how much you’ll pay till you get to the end because they don’t have a weighing station for customers, don’t have any signs of how the pricing is conducted, it’s actually a little shady.After my last experience where the worker touched my hand, I won’t be returning. I feel like it was very unnecessary and they didn’t even apologize. Yet they leave responses to reviews preaching that they’re not rude and customers are always wrong.

The place is spacious, there are seats indoors and outdoors. You can choose how much ice cream you get and all the toppings available. Prices are determined by weight.

Expensive and make sure you see what you are getting charged and grab your receipt. I got some frozen yogurt with very few toppings and the cashier weighed the yogurt and said $7 and change and I tapped my card. Didn't get and was not offered a receipt. I had my child with me so I just put my card back in my wallet and left. I came home and there was a higher charge on my card. The cashier is adding tips on top or overcharging. I will never go back. And the yogurt wasn't even that good. Skip this place!
